The room was beautifully done, clean, and well stocked with filtered/ refillable still and sparkling water, a coffee machine, a fridge, and even cookies! We are impresed by the care Federica has put into this place and her hospitability. There was also a Netflix subscription on the TV that we could use. The location is 10/10- central and right in the middle of the old town, but slightly tucked away so that it's quiet at night. Even the rain shower was great- luxury in every sense!

It’s important to know that this is not a B&B, but a guesthouse. Federica is an excellent host, very helpful and informative. You will be greeted and introduced to the premises on arrival, and receive keys. You get a spacious room with a bath, right in the heart of Bologna, with an excellent pasticcheria next door. You can make coffee and tea in your room, and there is a mini fridge. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, so who would want a kitchen? I found it ideal. I should mention that I lost my wallet the first night. Federica was both sympathetic and helpful. Luckily, the wallet was returned. I love Bologna!
