Nice to stay

İt is near to city center by walking 5 min. The room was big enough for 1 person and very clean. You can use bus 91 from the bus station near to Airport which Name is birra. You dont need to use monoray which is very expensive.

Horrible experience at high costs

The air conditioning was a key, advertised amenity and the primary reason for choosing this property, yet it was not provided, resulting in a stay that was wholly unacceptable. * Arrival (September 19): Upon arrival, the AC in one of our two rooms was malfunctioning/not working. The lady at the reception desk informed us that the issue would likely be resolved on Monday (our scheduled check-out day). The AC in our second room was functional that night. During this time, I personally witnessed other guests, including a group from Spain and a group from China, complaining to staff about their non-functioning AC units. * Morning of Departure (September 20): On the second morning, we were informed by a different receptionist that the AC system would be turned off for the rest of the season due to alleged local regulations. The receptionist emphatically stated the units would not be turned back on. This contradicts the information given upon arrival. His only proposed solution was to open the window, despite the noise from loud construction immediately in front of the hotel and the risk of pigeons flying into the room from the courtyard (as the windows lacked screens). * Verification of Misconduct: Crucially, we later verified that the AC system was operational but turned off by the hotel's choice. We confirmed this by contacting the hotel by phone, posing as potential guests and asking if they had functioning AC, to which they replied yes. This confirms that the reason given for the lack of AC was entirely false and misleading. * Forced Departure: Due to the unbearably high temperatures (weekend average of approximately 32°C / 89.6°F) and the impossibility of using the essential service advertised on your website, we were forced to terminate our stay after only one night and immediately book alternative accommodations. we were not refunded for any of this despite the services advertised were not provided.

Service, lack of air conditioners, state of rooms. bathrooms. Overall nothing was acceptable in this Decrepitating hotel accept the location.

Great location

The location, the bed was comfortable, reception staff was friendly.

Parking can be tricky, especially as the roads are now being renovated and streets shut down or limited to one lane. There was no natural light, entering first time in room is like entering a cave, especially that you do not know the layout.

That the "city tax" has to be paid by cash. Why is this? The room can be paid by card but not the city tax? I had to go looking for a cash machine to withdraw 10 Euros. I lost time and mood on this.

Great location for walking and seeing sites in Bologna, and short walk to/from train stations

Regulating the temperature of the room was impossible without opening the windows. The overhead blower (set to heat for another month) didn't seem to do anything, and leaving it off we were subject to the house radiators which we couldn't set, so we had to open windows. And locals walking around wearing giant winter coats when it was 15 Celsius (59 Fahrenheit) AND HIGHER... Whats' with that?

Convenient for one night stay in Bologna

Convenient location. Great shower (lots of hot water and nice towels) although the bathroom was tiny; room was very clean. Wifi worked very well also.

Breakfast begins at 7:30 which is too late for me. I chose to have breakfast at a bar instead. Hotel is a bit worn - wall paper coming off wall, carpets worn on steps but I am guessing they will be remodeling.

For modest guests.

I would say the location was quite practical, close the the center and close to the Bologna Centrale train station. But note that old Bologna is quite small, less than 2 Km across, from north to south. One can easily walk everywhere.

The rooms should be renovated, there were old wallpapers and old fittings and unused installations for air conditioning. Also, the new installation for AC was just exposed. I think the rooms would look much better with new wallpapers and hidden installations - the ceilings are very tall and there is potential. I mean, you can get nice crown moldings in Ikea already, it is not like this is expensive.

I stayed in December and they was no heating in the room and only a thin sheet and thin blanket on the bed. me and my wife ended up trying to sleep with our clothes on as it was that cold 🥶

Staff in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Lakeside location. Good breakfast and excellent evening meals in restaurant. Secure on site car park. Pleasant lakeside walk into Peschiera

Had to have garden Room for dog, so no lake view. But garden not secure so dog had to be kept on lead and high hedges blocked sun. No facilities around the hotel, and quite a walk to Peschiera for anything the hotel did not provide.

The location was excellent. Close to city centre and the train station and the airport. The staff was also very friendly and as accommodating as they could be.

We booked 3 rooms in the hotel. Only 1 had working air conditioning in the room, and the other two were extremely hot. Those 2 had AC units that did not function. Only one of us was able to get a fan. The others had terrible sleep in the hot weather. When asked if the AC could get fixed in the rooms, we were told the maintenance person was out of town and so it wasn't possible. I can't imagine that the AC units broke in both rooms just before both of us arrived, so I'd imagine they have not been functional for some time. We paid far too much for the AC to not work in these rooms.
