Everything was perfect. The stuff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and modern. Hot water and pressure of the shower was excellent. Clean bathroom and extra pillows and blankets in the room if needed but the temperature was perfect in the room and the hotel. Try the hotel restaurants because the food is amazing. Breakfast is really nice and if you want there is different menu for ordering what you want also from the pastry shop of the hotel which has amazing croissants. Excellent location from train station 5 minutes walk and from city centre 5-10 minutes you are walking around shops and piazzas.

Nothing wrong everything was perfect if i had to find a downside which is not i would say when you shower the water goes out to the floor of the bathroom area because of the shower design and because im very tall my feet was hanging out of the bed but it is not a thing to complain about. Everything was perfect

I thought the combination of the old building with the modern aesthetic was wonderful. I enjoyed all of the separate areas including the cocktail terrace, the pasticceria and the breakfasts the hotel was perfectly situated for my purposes (train travel and local explorations).

I found it difficult to control the aircon but was happy to open the window and there was no noise from outside.

Good option for a short stay!

Overall nice stay! The staff was a bit uninterested. Breakfast was ok but a bit expensive for what it was! Parking also expensive, 38 euros! Location was super central and convenient!

Great place. Mentioned the shower, he wrote it down right away. Breakfast was great. And good bed.

Great breakfast, reception lady was nice and fast. Room is spacious and clean and bed was good. Location was great between city and central station. Price / result was excellent.

The shower on the 3th floor was without any pressure, felt like rain .. and unclear what cold or warm was due to wait on warm water. And TV could have better streaming options or better international channels.

The rooms are contemporary, spotless, and kept in excellent condition. The hotel's location is convenient for both business and leisure. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as I did not try it.

Great hotel for a quick trip to Bologna

Great location - we wanted to be close to the station and old town and it was the perfect in between. The room was spacious and quiet, the beds were large and comfortable. We also had a cute balcony overlooking the church.

We had an issue with our AC but after telling reception, it was fixed by the time we got back from dinner.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to unpleasant odors and excessive noise.

We booked two double rooms. One of them had two large beds but had a strong smell of mold, which forced us to keep the windows fully open throughout the night — despite the loud noise made by staff during that time. The second room had a single small bed, a tiny window, and an unpleasant urine smell. Access to this room was only possible through the emergency exit doors, which felt unusual.

Good location and comfortable bed

Lots of black mildew in the bathroom, very basic room for “superior” room and 4*. Air con was awful and did not cool the room, view from window was blocked so the room was dark with very little natural light.

Location was excellent - close to old town. Users be aware that the street outside is blocked off and being re-fitted for tram tracks. Expect a lot of noise and dust.

Room was cramped, air conditioning did not work and kept having to be re-set by reception. Housekeeping was poor. Had to keep asking for coffee sachets and milk. Seemed like a major inconvenience to them.

the room, location and staff were great. very nice and clean. excellent service with my parked hybrid car.

overall experience with breakfast could be improved - this is an excellent 4* hotel and breakfast could be better, and not only the choice of items but the organisation of the process; it seems, staff (all very young) could learn a bit more to be more attentive about key items missing or not enough; space organisation also could be improved.

Given the first room off the lobby so sometimes noisy. I tried to book directly with the hotel who quoted me €60 higher. Reception made an issue of me inviting guests to breakfast whilst this was not a problem in the restaurant.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are have everything you need and are clean and the location is very good - both near the train station and the centre but overlooking a small park.

You have to slam the doors to close them. Or at least I didn't find another way to do that.

Very clean and modern hotel at the heart of Bologna! The design is also impeccable.

Not much. Although I’ve seen some areas that need to be improved. There are some parts in the walls that are disintegrating probably due to wear and tear. This is a question of maintenance but it’s not that big that will cause you any inconvenience at all.

Lovely Hotel but noisy

The building is very beautiful and the ceiling is amazing. Perfect location between the train station and the city centre. The staff very friendly and they even upgrade the room. The food at the restaurant, delicious.

We couldn't sleep. The noise from the avenue was sooud. Cars, trucks, ambulance all night long. Not even with ear plugs

Location Legacy Restaurant on the 2nd floor

Check-in: when booked we asked for our 2 rooms to be adjacent or at least closer to one another. Upon arrival, we were given rooms that couldn’t be further away, but at least on the same floor. Breakfast experience: we had booked B&B and in the morning at 9:40am upon arrival at the restaurant, we were told there is no seating availability for breakfast and to return in 10min, however we decided to wait. Shortly after we realized venue is open for external visitors, not only hotel guests. At 9:53 we were given the table. Warm breakfast (scrambled eggs) was already out. At 9:55 my wife was told that buffet is over and only after a small quarrel did she take pastry for her and kids. At 10:05 everything was taken from the buffet I applaud the operations, but guest experience is horrifying.
