Wonderful!

Antonio was helpful, getting in was very easy with his instructions. It was an ideal location. It feels like a luxurious apartment (without the kitchen). We reserved the big suite with the balcony (book it if you have the chance!) and a smaller double room. Both rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The building is gorgeous (fun old elevator!) and the parking super convenient. He also left us snacks!

It’s a historic building, not a new hotel so go in with the expectation that it’s a nice home not a luxury resort.

An ideally located, quiet apartment in central Bologna with easy access to transport!

A perfect place to stay in Bologna – all the main sights are within walking distance, it’s close to the train station, and you can reach the airport in just minutes via the Marconi Express. The apartment is located in a charming historic building surrounded by 4- and 5-star hotels, so the location is excellent. Despite being in the city center, it’s very quiet inside, ensuring a restful stay. The host was incredibly attentive and caring, gave clear check-in instructions, stayed in touch throughout our visit, and even left us some lovely treats. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

Communication: The host reached out to communicate with me before check in, and checked in with me during the stay. Check- in process: The check-in instruction was well written, included not only words but photos. Air conditioning: The A/C helped a lot as the temperature was 35 degrees during my stay in Bologna. Comfortable bed & pillows Cleanliness: The suite was meticulously clean.

It would be ideal if there was a refrigerator in the suite.

Great location

Bologna Suites is located close to the train station which was very convenient for us. In addition, we were able to walk to other attractions. Perfect for a 3 night stay. The self-check in was seamless and the host was quick to answer any questions. Even though there were road works, it didn't bother us since we were out all day. The room was spacious with a well- equipped bathroom, except a small fridge would have been handy.

Not worth the money (and he offended me after this review)

Some information in the description is not accurate: - We didn't see a terrace - Dining table, dining area, and desk are the same small table - Luggage storage is about leaving luggage in an internal parking area, shared with the rest of the condo - The 24-hour front desk is a box with a code holding the keys; no receptionist is available We had a pretty bad experience with the bed and the noise in the room. The owner didn't tell us in advance that the previous client destroyed the bed, and it was quickly fixed with tape. The result is that we were not able to sleep for two nights due to the bed not being flat, causing us to roll towards the center while sleeping. We tried to contact the owner to change our room or to find an agreement during the stay, but he only replied after the checkout. The owner also didn't alert us that there was some heavy construction going on. Construction started at 7:30 AM every morning. After we informed the owner about the problems we encountered, he was willing to give us a refund. While talking about the refund for multiple days, trying to convince us that nothing about the stay was below standard, he stopped replying on WhatsApp, and the refund hasn't arrived yet. We sincerely lost hope, and now I'm sharing this expensive misadventure hoping that it might help other customers. Update: After this review, I was contacted privately. I stated that everything written here was previously communicated privately, and there was no surprise in what I expressed here publicly. The owner showered me with long messages that were no longer welcome. I communicated that, but he kept sending me messages. In one of the last messages, he stated that my life will be average and I will never be a man! Finally, he mentioned the fact that my wife is not respectable (maybe because she is not Italian?): "basta vedere da chi e' accompagnato per trarre tante conclusioni" (his words)

Extremely impressed and grateful to stay here!

Our stay for two nights in Bologna Suites was exceptional. The bedrooms are clean, well furnished, and comfortably fit everyone. The location is also excellent, within easy walks of the train station, shopping, food restaurants, and the Piazza del Nettuno. Finally, Antonio, our host, could not have been more kind and accommodating - even arranging an early check-in for us on only a couple hours of notice.

Mir persönlich war die Matratze viel zu hart!! Hab schlecht geschlafen und am 3. Tag tat mir die Hüfte weh. Ausziehcouch war minimal weicher! Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt für mich! Sonst top!

Prima locatie. Grote kamer, Cavour aan de achterzijde was lekker stil. Prima koffie en thee.

Het is geen hotel. Er is geen receptie dus ook geen veilige bagage opslag. Inchecken in het donker was niet makkelijk. Ook geen schoonmaak, toeristen informatie etc.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Host sehr proaktiv und ein Italiener wie man ihn sich wünscht. Bella Italia! Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist ein Plus!

Das Bett ist viel zu weich. Mit 70 Kilo sinkt man ein und einschlafen kann schwierig werden.

Cuando llegamos al apartamento e ir al lavabo por primera vez , se embozó y subia agua fecal, el propietario me ofreció que me alojara en otro sitio que tuve que reservar y pagar yo, y me devolveria el dinero y eso nunca ha pasado, además que decia que era culpa mia y no me quiere devolver. Es imposible que sea mi culpa si solo fui una vez al baño y además es un problema del apartamento que tiene que responsabilizarse el propietario. Muy enfadada porque booking tampoco soluciona nada.
