it is a sex room

the staff was friendly

you feel as if you would sleep in a brothel! there’s a mirror on the ceiling so that you directly look at yourself when lying in bed. in general, the jacuzzi doesn’t feel like as if it would be there for relaxing. everything about this room is perverse! if you are lying in the bed, you just don’t feel comfortable and the breakfast you have to pick up yourself in a café where you get a coffee and a croissant.

Convenient

Location close to train station and 20 minute walk to main square. Plenty restaurants, etc nearby. Easy check in, stress free. Excellent shower!

Bed was quite uncomfortable and the leather couch was extremely worn, didn't feel clean.

Dirty, dangerous and disgusting.

The location was close to the station.

We have photos as proof. The name on the buzzer is barely visibile.The room key and lock do not line up properly- we heard other guests with the same issue. The room was filthy, in poor repair and non functioning. The walls, floor, bathroom, and light fixtures are covered in filth. The large spa tub had to be cleaned before usage and then the hot water ran out before the tub was even usable above the jets. The panel for the tub needs simple repair in terms of a light. The windows opened but are a safety issue with no bars. The bed was terrible with dirty and stained foam mattress. The sauna had crumbs in the woods and black mold actively growing in the scoop. All in all, the cost and condition of the room is beyond unacceptable. If it had not been for exhaustion we would have moved. We actually would like to see this property removed from booking. Com and a full refund.

Unnecessarily problematical

Location good. Tv was amazing.

The room details changed from my booking. When I booked I had this address - Viale Pietro Pietramellara 27, 40121 Bologna. The address with our entry details was via Giovanni Amendola 17. This caused a great deal of confusion and much annoyance. Other annoyances were the key to our room was hard to unlock and required me to kick the door to get it to open. There were no tea towels in the room. The pillows on the bed were sub-standard. The detergent applicator did not work. All the glasses were water-stained. No wastepaper basket or bags.

Very good

Really enjoyed it, would definitely stay again if we returned to Bologna. The jaccuzi spa was amazing we really enjoyed this luxury and the place was very clean. It was also perfect location just a short walk into the centre

The taps for the jaccuzi did turn off a couple of times after we used the jaccuzi but the host resolved after I got in contact.

Location is good - near train station. Bathroom is ok.

Very loud residents in the same flat, loud music on until late at night. Bed linen smelled bad. Towels smelled worse. Room is ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Great location, super expensive during Cosmoprof week

Breakfast, and Location!

This was during the Cosmoprof event, so the prices for all apartments and hotels were very high. The price paid for this apartment was too much for what you got, hence disappointed.

Awful and would not recommend

Nothing. Unfortunately the miscommunication with this place was so bad we made the decision to go to another hotel .

Having booked and paid , on the day of arrival we were informed via WhatsApp that we would not receive the check in details until we paid a security deposit via PayPal . This was not made clear to us upon booking and after several texts it was suggested we Send a photo of our credit card which seemed very foolish . This place brings booking. Com into disrepute as no small one night booking /check in should be so difficult.

Stay away!!

I didn't like anything!

I had to pay an additional $100 in security before I was even allowed to know where the room was, or retrieve a key..behind a wooden skull door.. I was standing in the cold trying to send a PayPal payment. I ended up cancelling this once I saw the actual room. It reeked of cigarette smoke and there wasn't even a comfortable place to sit. The room was super shady and you can tell it is a meet up for hookers. The picture makes it look like there are stairs..its practically a ladder up to the bed that is very close to the ceiling. Very claustrophobic. I'm so sad I didn't look at the picture better. We booked quickly on our way from Tuscany. My husband and I are on a trip for our 30th Anniversary. This was a mistake for the record books. The man in the parking garage, which you can barely find, said this happens all the time. Very shady business. Stay far away!!

I am travelling for all Europe and this place is the WORST place i haver ever stayed. ı stayed there for 6 nights 2 mon

NEVER STAY HERE, they are not providing the service which they mention om booking.com :( If you stay here, you will not get answers and if you need the invoice for accomodation they WILL NOT give it you. Also they will not give you deposit money back, althought they say you they will give it back. AGAIN NEVER STAY HERE

Nice place near the city center

Very well located apartment, just a few minutes of walk from the city center, restaurants, etc. Shared kitchen which we didn't use, but there's also a fridge you can use with drinks to buy inside it. The room was clean, everything was working well and the place had good solutions when it came to managing the space. Parking slots available underground.

Relaxing stay with a good location

Good location near the trainstation. Comfortable bed, good airconditioning. Possibility to buy wine from the hotel was nice. Clean room. Nice hottub with lights and other functions.

Shower is tiny, one thrashcan was allready full when we arrived.

A wonderful experience

The entire space is absolutely wonderful, and very close to the train station. Very cozy and welcoming. Exceeded our expectations, the host was helpful and answered very promptly. The bathroom is huge. We would have stayed longer if possible! 20/10

cosy fun apartment

The room was cosy, with nice lighting, a jacuzzi and other fun stuff. It is a perfect place for a short stay for fun. The place has also a small equipped shared kitchen.

We could not check in earlier (we did not inform the host in advance that we come in the morning). The jacuzzi cleaning mechanism (probably from another room) turned on quite late in the night and it was noisy for some time.

Heerlijk!

What a great room with a wink! We enjoyed every part of this original concept for a ‘one night stay’ in Bologna. It is a perfect location next to central station and about 10-15 minutes from the city center. There is also a parking garage next to the apartment where you can park for €25 for 24hr. The self check-in service is very good and Daniele is a very helpful host via app or phone to answer any question and give tips about the city!

Disappointing

The rooms are very unique and special, no question about that. The location to the train station is perfect, it's a 5min walk.

The bathroom was not clean and very basic. I wouldn't say that this is dramatic, but i paid a lot of money for 1 night. So if i pay prices like for a 4*-Hotel, i expect something in return. And that was unfortunately not the case (not even shampoo or showergel was provided...)

Great host and luxurious amenities at good value

Excellent host (communication, personality and service - going above and beyond), jacuzzi and sauna, central location very close to train station, seamless self check-in and checkout. Highly recommend.

Leftover cigarette smell in one room upon arrival, probably by a previous guest, but the excellent air conditioning and balcony area made up for it. Booking system bug adjusted our room plan but the host promptly and cheerfully made an alternative plan for us which gave us a fuller experience.

Well commicated regarding access. Wonderful shower

It is the most ridiculous accommodation I have ever encountered. The "mood" lighting is plain stupid. There is no light, so can't read anything at all. Can't put on make up, can't shave. The bed is too high up and uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Great place unique experiance great location great host great room

Great location close to everything trainstation local bus routes the owner was very helpful gave us local information on how best to travel and were was best to eat ect. the room was a unique experiance but would definatly stay here again we dint get to use the hottub bath thing unfortunately as we was out most of the time at a concert but I'm sure it would of been lovely. Everything in the room is well thought out and the bed is very comfortable the room is very clean.

Could use a comfier bath mat in the bathroom something a bit more spongy my partner has a wicked sense of humour 😆.
