Customer service was fairly responsive and quick to reply.

The area is unpleasant and the room was cold, the bed uncomfortable, there was no water in the minibar, and the bathroom sink was completely clogged, with water barely draining. I didn’t sleep at all due to the extremely busy road and constant noise. The street felt unsafe and was full of people shouting and making noise until 6 a.m. It was truly a nightmare of a night. The worst part came in the morning. I had requested a one-hour late checkout for work reasons and received confirmation. Despite this, a very rude cleaning lady aggressively demanded that I leave earlier than the agreed time. Completely unacceptable.

Nice and well located

Very good location (easy to reach by foot from train station, close to city center). Checkin was easy and worked well. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Interesting solution for offering breakfast in an unstaffed accommodation: you get a voucher for the bar across the street. There are much better options in the same distance (mister coffee, mood24), so do not book with breakfast:)

Stylish and well located app in the heart of the city!

It was an amazing stay! Easy self check-in, good guidance from the host, parking near the building (was free due to weekend). The room is beautiful with big windows from the floor, creating a romantic ambience! Shower is very spacious and super clean, with a big window as well. In the morning we found a bag full of super tasty pastry! Super romantic and nice stay! BTW, historical center is in 2 min walk, we got to the concert on main piacca and enjoyed beauty of the city despite staying just for a night.

Great stay!

We really liked our stay here! The room was very spacious and clean. We also loved the location, only a short walk to the many restaurants in the area and loved the supermarket directly underneath the building!

We came during very hot weather and the aircon struggled because of this. We had to buy fans because it was quite hot at times.

Prepare for City surroundings and noise, but the suites were novel in design and function, and very clean and comfortab

It was deep in the heart of Bologna and allowed easy access to the places to visit. There was a parking option connected with the property.

It was a bit difficult to load and unload as it is not really possible to pull up in front of the building,-it is on a very busy boulevard with a bus lane in front of it- and it was a somewhat odd layout as you had your own room and bath, yet shared a common space with the other 2 rooms - potentially strangers- like a college dorm setup. Just a bit different. Room 4 shower leaked all over the floor due to a slow drain. Room 5 has a slow sink drain. We also never physically met the host.

Bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, facilities were exceptional. Communication from property was excellent. Walking distance to all the sites, including train. I would highly recommend this property.

Location was great, very close to the train station and major attractions in the old city. Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

Internet was very spotty, needed to contact the staff to have it addressed. Breakfast is limited to a coupon for a free beverage and pastry in a restaurant across the street; barely ok, would have preferred more items.

Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable. Luna is a super host, extremely helpful with tips and arrangements. She made our stay much easier and reduced the stress from the long trip and late arrival. Strongly recommended.

Room was modern and comfortable and location was good. There is an old fashioned elevator that looks like it came out of the twilight zone which we loved.

It was a little difficult to contact the host because we didn't have WiFi. There should have been contact made to us 24 hours before to give us instructions and codes for entry so we could access the information when we had WiFi available to us.

Position of the hotel is very good. We enjoied the beautiful city of Bologna. Self check in by phone.

Leftovers from previous guests forgotten in the fridge. Very noisy room from the street. Window blinds could not be operated due to exhausted batteries.. Sms and email received at 7:00 hrs in the morning reminding us to pay on departure the city tax of 3 euro per person.
