Clean and good space, lovely bathroom. Good communication, felt secure with entrance codes and helpfully allowed us to leave luggage on our last day. Good location as not far to walk to city centre.
The road was much busier than anticipated, with single glazing you could hear the traffic noise.

spacious, warm, intimate room thanks to the shutters. I like that access is done with a password, so you don't bother the host. We stayed during Christmas 2025, and on Christmas morning, Santa "visited" us with breakfast in the living room. a great surprise!
That we had to leave. slightly located on a noisy street, but after all Bologna is a city, not a holiday village

Very good location (easy to reach by foot from train station, close to city center).
Checkin was easy and worked well. Room was spacious and well equipped.
Interesting solution for offering breakfast in an unstaffed accommodation: you get a voucher for the bar across the street. There are much better options in the same distance (mister coffee, mood24), so do not book with breakfast:)

It was an amazing stay! Easy self check-in, good guidance from the host, parking near the building (was free due to weekend). The room is beautiful with big windows from the floor, creating a romantic ambience! Shower is very spacious and super clean, with a big window as well.
In the morning we found a bag full of super tasty pastry! Super romantic and nice stay! BTW, historical center is in 2 min walk, we got to the concert on main piacca and enjoyed beauty of the city despite staying just for a night.
