It’s clean, customer support is always available, instructions were very clear. Very secured building a few minutes walk to the train and bus station as well as shops and food establishments

Aircon seems not cooling at all.

The room was in an excellent location, right in the city center and very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. Everything was within a short walking distance. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the service was truly impeccable, with polite and prompt assistance whenever needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at Domus Dotta New for four nights as I was in Bologna for work. I found it so nice and comforting to get to my ensuite room for the night: the room was spacious and nice and very clean, the shower had nice hot water. And I could use the common kitchen with the fridge and the coffee maker with coffee capsules kindly provided by the facility. The place is walking distance from the train station and the centre, but I could sleep well without any noise, also as it was on the third floor or so. There were some other guests in another room or two in the facility and they were quiet and kind. The site manager Cristina was very helpful and available and she responded to my messages quickly. Strongly recommended, I'll return!

Access extremely difficult to obtain when we reached the property; noisy at night as bar opposite, rather grungy surroundings
