The unexpected issues with renting in Bologna

It was convenient yo the train station.

There were 4 different locks to get into the room. 3 locks to get into the building. The outside gate lock was broken and we were concerned about getting back into the property when we went out to eat. There was no one on the property connected to the rental room.

The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no wardrobe or iron. It’s fine for one night, but definitely not suitable for a longer stay.

Breakfast was mentioned and included in the price we paid, but this was very misleading. What they consider "breakfast" was a packet of synthetic croissants, a cup of coffee, and a small yogurt – this cannot be considered a proper breakfast. I believe it’s unfair to advertise that breakfast is provided when, in reality, it isn’t. The man who let us into the apartment (I’m not sure if he was the owner) insisted that we pay in cash, even though the payment had already been taken from our account two days earlier. I had to show my bank statement as proof that the booking had been paid. The location is also quite far from the city center, so be prepared for a long walk.

Very nice and comfortable for our short stay. Host was very helpful. The bathroom in particular is excellent but the whole place was very clean.

Przyjechaliśmy w styczniu. Były mrozy w pokoju było zimno. Gospodarz w ogóle nie chciał nam pomóc. W pokoju była bardzo zimna podłoga. Była klimatyzacja w ofercie. Ale nie otrzymaliśmy pilota. Wybierałem mieszkanie kierując się możliwością dogrzania noclegu. Niestety zawiodłem się. Do przykrycia otrzymaliśmy prześcieradło. Po rozmowie powiedziano nam że następnego dnia zostanie dowiezione. Następnego dnia bo zapomnieli nam dać. Oczywiście po dłuższej rozmowie. Skontaktowaliśmy się bezpośrednio z booking. Dopiero wówczas otrzymaliśmy pomoc. Szczerze nie polecam arogancki personel, pierwszy raz się spotkałem z taką sytuacją

Ik vond eigenlijk alles super goed. De deuren van het hoofdgebouw gingen wat moeilijk open maar als dat het is maakt het niks uit

Struttura nuova e ristrutturata. Tutto molto pulito! Abbiamo fatto un check in senza contatto e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficolta! Siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti nel trovare a disposizione in frigo ( si tratta di un piccolo appartamento con due stanze e cucina) acqua yogurt budini caffè e altro per fare una piccola colazione! La struttura è comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione (20 min) e per lo stadio a piedi sono altri 25/30. Per comodità abbiamo usato il servizio biciclette a noleggio che offre il comune di Bologna! Assolutamente consigliato!

Situata in un quartiere tranquillo e struttura con tutto il necessario. L’host fa trovare un po’ di prodotti per la colazione, quindi anche la cucina è ben fornita. Abbiamo avuto un cambio asciugamani, in bagno c’è il phon.

Faltaba tela de mosquitos en las ventanas , eso no permitía usar aire natural, y asi usar menos el Aire Acondicionado. Nuestras noches no fueron tan calurosas, entonces usamos el aire acondicionado. El resto: TODO BIEN X NICO..!!! Lo recomiendo.!!!!

Výhodná poloha cca 1 km od centra i vlakového nádraží.

Velmi pěkná nová oupelna, velmi klidné a tiché místo, cca 20 minut od vlakového násraří Bologna Centrale a historického středu města

Velmi slabá snídaně. majitel by ji neměl zahrnovat do ceny. Kapsle do kávovaru nedoplněny, jedno máslo na 3 dny. Toustový chleva a croasanty si můžete koupit sami v obchodě za rohem, nic jiného majitel nenabízel. Navíc po celé 3 dny co jsme zde byli už nic na snídani nedoplnil. Takže za mě snídaně v ceně naprosto zavádějící. Jinak apartmán má společnou kuchyňku se sousedním apartmánem.

Ottima posizione, check-in veloce al telefono.

La colazione ci ha un po’ deluso: prodotti confezionati e di scarsa qualità, non molta scelta; le capsule del caffè non erano contate in maniera corretta rispetto alle persone che dovevano fare colazione (il secondo giorno avevamo due caffè per quattro persone, abbiamo deciso di lasciarli alla coppia dopo di noi)… In frigo alcuni yogurt erano scaduti da più di dieci giorni - per fortuna ho letto prima di consumare il prodotto. Insomma, la sensazione che ci ha lasciato la struttura è quella di non essere molto curata, senza che ci fosse attenzione ai dettagli o alle esigenze dei clienti. In conclusione, il prezzo è un po’ troppo alto per la qualità offerta.

Tutto molto bello, posizione molto comoda, vicino anche allo stadio. Da rivedere forse un po’ di polvere sulla testata del letto però per il resto tutto perfetto. La struttura offre una piccola colazione con prodotti confezionati, una cosa molto comoda prima di uscire.
