A Casa di Lu Na

The room and apartment were lovely and the location perfect for a hospital visit. The shutter in the room meant it was also quiet. The room design is very nice and the bed was comfortable.

A brighter light above the mirror in the bathroom would be helpful. Despite having booked at this location, the manager tried to tell me that there was no availability here and gave me another address a 6 minute walk away. When pushed she allowed us to take the place we’d booked. However she said there was no parking available (the listing on Facebook offers the facility of parking) despite there being no other guests in the apartment. The parking information on Booking.com to be incorrect.

Check in and access was easy. Apartment was well appointed and spotless clean. Good location… only 15 minute walk to main city area. Bus service to train station at end of the street.

Place is shared with a few rooms off a main corridor. Shared kitchen which was fine but a little small and ended up eating out. Other places we had stayed with a kitchen allowed us to prepare meals a little easier. Great location though - pasta restaurant down the road from the location was amazing!

Tired a - little unclean but overall did what it had to do for the time we were staying. For it's price and location - nothing to really complain about.

Room itself was comfortable and the hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Bologna and of some lovely local restaurants.

Didn’t encounter a single member of staff, making it not much different than an Airbnb booking. I was in touch with a member of staff before check-in over WhatsApp but despite this we had to wait 30 mins to be given an access code to the building once we notified them of arrival (and this information only came once I called the number of booking.com). Speaking of which, the property didn’t answer a single one of my messages through booking.com either before or during the stay. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower is in desperate need of some maintenance - replacing the shower head in particular would be an incredibly easy and cheap fix and make a big difference to guests! The air conditioning unit didn’t work well and was stuck on 24-26 C at various points.
