It does not offer breakfast but it provides the facilites. A well equiped kitchen where you can prepare what you need.
It was not enough clear how to reach my room at the first floor.

The accommodation was homely and clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent. It was is a good location for us to access the Congress centre (10 min walk away) where we were attending a conference. The host was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend
There was absolutely nothing not to like. It was ideal for us and our needs. It's around a 20-30 minute walk from the Bologna town centre which was fine for us (or anyone happy to use a bike) but may not suit some depending on plans and needs

This was one of the best stays we've experienced. The host was very nice and kind, she showed us everything and in the morning there were warm croissants waiting for us. The facilities were perfectly clean, beautiful, and well equipped. There was coffee in the kitchen and some food in the fridge and cabinets for sharing. The room was also clean and very pretty.

Good location, secure parking. Nice spacious and clean room
One shared bathroom between 5 rooms was difficult at times, also breakfast was minimal, and on a first come first served basis, so some days there was little left
