quiet, comfortable but the bed could have been a bit more accommodating

They deceived us, be careful!

The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The lady who received us was a fraud because she collected 30 EURO tourist tax from us for a 2-day stay (a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 children aged 13, 12, and 7, she checked our passports). After our stay, I checked that children up to 14 years old are exempt from the otherwise 4 EURO/person/night tax, so the fair fee would have been 16 EURO. It's not about the amount itself, and I didn't mention it during our stay, but the attitude is outrageous, deceiving the guests. We arrived at the accommodation late at night, around half-past nine, and were given two rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. The next morning, it turned out that another guest was also using our bathroom, which the (fraud) lady "forgot" to inform us about upon our arrival. I had reserved a separate area with a private bathroom and kitchenette and was upset that we were deceived because they didn't have such an area. On the morning of our departure, it became apparent that the accommodation we had booked actually existed, with a separate bathroom and kitchenette, but someone else stayed there, not us, despite us having paid for it. On our departure, I pointed this out to the host, who said that due to an earlier plumbing issue, the walls were still damp in the accommodation we paid for, and that's why they didn't put us there. They were concerned about the children's health, she said. But why didn't they tell us this information upon our arrival? Why only on our departure, when I confronted them with the fact that they didn't accommodate us in the place we paid for??? I'm afraid this was once again about deception.

Quite interesting and nice experience. Exceeded my expectation.

The location is one of the cheapest in Bologna, but offers quite nice experience. The check in was not perfect but we manage to communicate at end :). The apartment was in the small building but with its charm. The dolphins are everywhere. The children just loved the place. It was in the basement which was surprise, but in the 40C outside it was perfect and pleasant. Its fully equipped. Also, the breakfast is also diverse and nice overall. There is a parking on the spot.

I paid accommodation in advance, but at the check in paid city tax 15Euro for two person and two children. I am not sure that this is correct calculation. For children it free and for two adults its not 7,5 per day ;)

Superb

The location was a little bit far from the center of Bologna so we had to use bus. The best of the amenities of appartment was the kitchen with included brekafast. Owner had fullfiled the fridge and the kitchen with a lot of things to eat.

One of the two rooms didn't have air condition so the temperature was extreme high at the period we stayed.

THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT COME HERE! THE HOSTESS ONLY KNOWS ITALIAN AND SHE SCAMMED US SAYING WE WOULD HAVE FREE BIKES AND INSTEAD MOVED US TO ANOTHER AIRBNB FROM TOWN WHICH WAS CHEAPER **WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW BEFOREHAND (she said that she told us but couldn't show us where)**. THE ANOTHER AIRBNB DID NOT HAVE BIKES AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD REIMBRUSE US 20 EUROS FOR THE BIKES BUT SHE NEVER DID. DO NOT BOOK THE PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!

Great place for a family of 5! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late but Priscilla was very accommodating. Parking was available in her driveway which helped us a lot because parking is tough to find. She was friendly and the breakfast was abundant. It was self serve and she had a lot in the kitchen for us to choose from when we woke up. The fridge was filled with yoghurt, every kind of milk, pastries and coffee, tea were available as well as juice. There was also a washer for our clothes.

2 days before the booking I got an email to say that I couldn't stay at the booked hotel and had been moved to a similar hotel. The new room, unlike the 1 I booked, had a shared bathroom. Then they charged me 5 Euro for parking which was included at the 1st place for free.

Comfortable, practical location, friendly welcome and great vale for money.

The room was bright, spacious and comfy. I liked being able to arrange breakfast for myself in my own time. The nearby bus stops made travel easy.

One of the bedside lights didn’t work and I would have appreciated fresh bread for breakfast instead of packet toast.

Nice hotel for one night stay in Bologna, specially for dolphin lovers

Very nice guesthouse even cheeper that the hostel. There is a common bathroom and kitchen with free breakfast. The room was comfortable with a balcony, I really liked it. The location is not in the city center but the bus stop is really close. I loved the theme of the hotel - there are dolphins everywhere! Small statues, pictures and other lovely things with the dolphins!

The only way to check in is to call the owner. Unfortunetly I had to wait 40 minutes before I could meet someone who could help me with the phone because I didn't have one.

the worst experience I ever had in Italy

comfortable bed

not clean properly at all, they just cleaned the floor,bed & tables before arriving. later on no one cleaned the rooms nor the shared bathroom and the rest of the house wasn’t properly cleaned even in the bedroom sealing there were spider webs and spider. part of the bathroom was used as a storage room the room design and colours were disastrous, a terrible mix that makes u fell uncomfortable in every way moreover the furniture all over the house was really bad wall made out of paper wall, the room besides me was super noisy and the guest was allowed to smoke in common areas as for the breakfast, it was super low quality, it was all brought packed bakery from the supermarket, they didn’t even put the effort to buy fresh the location is poorly communicated to the center, only two bus lines and you have to wait a lot literally a nightmare

Perfect for overnight before Airport. Family of five so price suited as all could be accommodated in large room with bathroom and mini kitchen. Five minutes walk from train station for visiting city and accessing airport.

The host was super friendly! She always wanted me to have a super comfortable and great stay in Bologna. I even got a small welcoming gift! The room itself is very big and very well equipped. The whole house is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a little outside the city, but nothing that a short walk couldn´t solve :-) Absolutely recommendable!!

Accueil satisfaisant des hôtes et très serviable pour les demandes faites. Petit déjeuner assez complet Logement pratique avec salle de bain et WC individuels pour l'appartement au sous sol. Satisfaisant pour y passer 1-2 nuits.

Un petit guide d'accueil en amont de l'arrivée ou pour les recommandations notamment pour le stationnement ou les choses pratiques dans la ville seraient bien. Cuisine partagée avec d'autres vacanciers. Nous étions dans l'appartement aménagé du -1 donc pas de lumière naturelle mais je ne sais plus si c'était précisé ou pas hormis dans les commentaires.
