It was very clean and in a very quiet area, only drawback was the floor that was quite cold but overall great experience

The check in was super easy, there was great parking place available, good location, kitchen great including coffee machine
I kind of miss the place is in cellar, little wet and smelly. The space was not great either and some defect as unlocking the doors should be fixed. The biggest problem was that I was asked to pay significant city tax which was not part of the offer, on all other places I stayed in Italy it was mentioned, so if I knew the final cost I may stay other place. Intentionally or not this is not fair behaviours form the owner
