Nice and comfortable stay

Location is great, really close to the center and big supermarket is on the same street. Room was really comfy and warm, everyone was nice and helpful with everything. Good benefit is free entrance to the museum.

One door to the shower were missing.

A great hotel with fantastic approach

The staff was so nice and pleasant with great attitude :) the facility itself is very wide and I received a very spacious and comfortable room. Warm hospitality and kindness were evident throughout my stay amazingly😊🙏🏻

Extremely friendly staff (made my day), next to PAM, close to the center and train station. Simple clean rooms, a little terrace... I would say its perfect for a short stay :) Pity had no time visit museum under. But if I'm ever in Bologna again, will be back :)

Quiet hotel with lovely staff. Would definitely stay again if i come back to bologna.

Really interesting hotel with an Art Gallery on the ground floor. Room was clean and comfy with lovely big windows looking out over the roofs. it was very quiet. There was a roof terrace and a vending machine which was useful as no breakfast but got a coffee in the morning. The staff were lovely as I had to meet work colleagues and they let them come in and sit on the terrace. close enough to station which was very convenient. Better than staying in a large corporate hotel

Fabulous artsy boutique in a beautiful city

Right away, check-in was a breeze. The receptionist (Serena) was very charming, and she gave us a rundown of where and how to park. (FYI, there is no actual parking at the hotel, only metered streetside or a parking garage down the road.) We were introduced to the museum on the ground floor. I recommend checking it out (its free as a guest). The room was well equipped. Towels, tissues, and cups The beds were comfy, and the rooms were large. The windows opened to allow air circulation; however, I noticed the AC unit needed a good cleaning (Room 402). For travelers with pets, there is a park with a dog park located inside of it, right across the road. Also, for budget travelers, there is a PAM supermarket to the right on the corner. There are loads of cafes in the area as well.

The Wi-Fi would not connect due to a holiday and some certificates. I work online, so I asked the receptionist, and she sorted me out with a backup link. The crisis was solved, thanks to Serena. Other than that, the boutique artsy hotel is well worth the stay. Just be careful about driving and parking in the area.

Nice stay, easy reach from train station and main square

Ideal location for me: right between the train station and main square, both are about 10-15 mins walk. There is a gallery downstairs. There are two Pams (supermarket) round the corner! Vending machine available on my floor. No breakfast included. AC in the room is a bit weak, given it was 35 degrees outside.

Nothing really. The fridge didn't work but I didn't mind. The mechanism of the toilet flush is a bit interesting...

Convenient location in Bologna with really nice staff

Rena from the front desk was amazing. She helped me make reservations at her favorite restaurant. I liked the location as well. They also help store your bags after checkout which was helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. No TV. The room was small even for 1 person.

the location is close to the centre of the Bologna. the room was big and clean. there was a fridge in the room. we were allowed ti check in earlier for free and hotel proposed to upgrade our room for the biggest one for free. it was very nice

-The location was very good. Close to the city center and only a short walk from the station. Close to shops and restaurants. -Staff was very friendly -Overall comfortable room with good facilities

- Too much noise from other rooms and hall. Whenever someone opened and closed a door, playing music, even using a hair dryer, it was possible to hear. This was an annoyance when trying to sleep.
