Nice room in beautiful city

Great communication with the host on WhatsApp. They can arrange parking in a nearby garage for 18€/24h. The room is nice, new and clean. The window was into an inner courtyard so you couldn’t hear any noise from the reconstructions outside. The city center is in okay walking distance.

At our time of our stay (8/2025) the street was under construction and we couldn’t come with our car to leave luggage but it was a minor inconvenience.

Between feelings

Aircon was very welcome. Shower was good. Very quite if all doors and windows are closed. Very clean. Close to town

To start with parking is an absolute bumber. Its not mentioned that parking is 500 to 800meters away. We struggled to getbtonthe place with all the construction blocking and confusing us. After that we got stuck between floors in the elevator with the luggage. We booked an extra bed which was extremely uncomfortable.

Excellent location , specious bright flat with everything you need

Excellent location, only 10 min to the city centre , spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner swift and instructions very clear and detail about access, parking, activities around, etc. Late check out which is perfect . Highly recommend

Modest place to stay for Bologna visits

Antonio was very helpful from booking to checkout. He was so kind to answer all of our questions. The location was very close to the center, cafes, supermarkets and bus station. The room was clean, quiet and the room size was enough for a couple. They tidied up the sheets every day. We are thankful to Antonio for the hospitality and the honeymoon gift.

It's not a big deal but shower was a little bit small.

lovely room in apartment block close to town. had everything we needed. would stay again

Great location, walking distance to town. Really comfortable. Coffee machine in room, outdoor balcony type space, wifi. We had a dog with us and this wasn’t an issue for a small surcharge. Easy check it at any time with key lock boxes. Really helpful staff who messaged us perfect instructions on how to find the property and also brought us extra pillows at 10:30 at night. Couldnt have done more to help us. Really happy with our stay and loved the room.

Not a huge problem for us but parking is a little tricky in the area. They do recommend parking garages nearby which are a 5-10 min walk away. We got lucky and found a parking space right outside on the street with a meter.

The host was very dedicated, provided a lot of useful info. Good coffee, very good attention to details in the apartment, including not to trouble the neighbors. Overall, very good value for price.

Access to location is not ok for people coming by car. The city council has restricted the area for access targeting in collecting money from fines (no visitor may possible know this, not even Google Maps!)

Little snacks available after everyday cleaning (possible if you leave the room until 11am). Friendly owner - 100% good recommendations when it comes to good places for eating/ice-cream etc. Localization in a city - close to most important places in Bologna, actually - close to whenever in the city;) Good instructions to self-check in in the late evening. Possibility to leave luggage between check out and a journey back home. Iron available on demand.

Amazing and beautifully decorated room

Absolutely everything, António and Alessandro were super friendly, kind and helpful. António gave us a map and told us about the best places to eat out and grab a delicious ice-cream. The house was super clean, the room was beautiful, neat, tidy, ready we're amazed. We received a warm welcome from both hosts and the communication was super. Thank you António& Alessandro.🥰

The walls are thin so the neighbouring rooms can hear everything, from the slightest conversation to when the neighbour uses the toilet or shower. Nothing that can't be solved without earplugs though!

the room was warm and welcoming. Kettle and coffee available in the room. good Bathroom size. if you need any info just message to the them and they will be happy to help you out. Would definitely use it again.
