The location was decent, and the accommodation offered great value for money. It was also clean, and the food vouchers for two nearby pasticcerias were a nice bonus.
I was disappointed with the communication from the staff. There was too much back-and-forth, and the overall interaction did not feel particularly friendly or considerate. The tone of the conversation also came across as passive-aggressive, which made the experience less pleasant.
Additionally, we were told that the luggage service was available only until 18:00, which was also inconvenient.

Very clean, beautiful, modern apartment close to the main Bologne attractions. Fantastic guidance from the owner. Breakfast voucher - you can choose from 2 places with very good offer of sweet or sour snacks, sandwiches or cakes and beverages.
Everything was perfect!

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice.
The property wall are super thin. You can hear everything from next door. We felt uncomfortable staying there. We also had interactions on text with the manager which we thought were rude.
