Great location, very central.
A little noisy some nights.

The location is good, near the center of town, the Piazza Maggiore. The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee maker and kettle.
The room was quite basic, especially for the price, which was not inexpensive. The only furnishing was a tiny table with slats, so teacups could tilt and spill. There was no apparent thermostat or fan, so sometimes the room was too cold and other times too hot. At night, there was a lot of noise till at least 2am, because young people have adopted the alleyway for late night parties. I have stayed in Bologna more than 25 times, and this room provided less for the money than I expected.

Very central, handy for everything. Had everything you would need, coffee pods provided, the shower was hot and powerful. We asked for the loan of a corkscrew which Tiziano supplied along with 2 nice wine glasses, nothing was too much trouble for him.
It was noisy at night until at least 11.30pm and later over Friday and Saturday night, which is to be expected when you are central to everything. There are a lot of stairs to our room which we managed but might be difficult for others, the owners do mention the stairs in the description.
