Wonderful stay at a friendly place.

Excellent all round. The host, Marinella, was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel very much at home. The location was superb for exploring Bologna.

Great stay

I had a very nice stay here. Check in is usually at 3pm, but the host messaged me that I could already check in at 10am if I wanted, which was great as my flight had arrived early morning. Marinella is a lovely host and she will make sure you have a great stay. I recommend!

Convenient location, spacious room

The fridge had some rotting food, the walls of the room seemed dirty and scuffed, and unfortunately the bed had metal springs that were painful to sleep on, which unfortunately threw out my back. If it had been more affordable, I wouldn't complain, but for the price, it was not worth it.

We loved the central area of our apartment and the friendliness of the coffee bars and shops.

The location is excellent - within walking distance to all of the inner city. The host, Marinella, is charming and very helpful. The apartment has all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay in a quaint historic building

Exceptional

Exceptional place and even a more exceptional host . Located right in the heart of the town this apartment is just what you need . The 270 year old building is magnificent the room is spacious and clean .the bathroom is spotless and you have kitchen is at your disposa I have to mention also that the bed is extremely comfortable. The host is the sweetest lady always willing to help and to explain absolutely everything. Marinella you'll definitely see me again .

Great location, lovely host, and access to the kitchen which is very conveneint.

The sound insolation is a bit poor, as it is an historical building. Noise from upstairs or next door can be heard but won't be a problem unless it is late night.

The host is really nice, I liked the building itself. It felt like it was built maybe 100 years ago, it gave us a very calming vibe.

Superb

Host very kind and helpful, loved her enthusiasm with talking to us about Bologna. Spacious room with everything we needed, all rooms very clean. She also let us keep our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after checkout.

Everything a little old (doors, fixtures, etc) but we didn’t mind as it was all clean and functioning well enough!
