Hotel Palace Bologna Centro

It is a very big hotel (3 stars) with many different types of rooms very old historic building, the price was very low considering location and other hotels so do not have high expectations located at the heart of the city, kind staff supermarket (coop) is at the corner, wifi works very well rooms are small, no fridge, no kettle, clean towels, linens, everyday cleaning, bring your own shampoo room was silent (not heard that much cinema sound, room was located at the very end of the coridor on the 5th floor) the bed was good (not as uncomfortable as stated in other comments) just come to sleep, not to spend time in the room or hotel

Great location and reception staff were very helpful. Building has bags of character, and great views from our second room. Great selection for breakfast.

Could be cleaner. Beds weren’t the comfiest for us. We did have an issue with our air con and shower not working. After discussing with the receptionist for the second time they sorted us out with another room which was fully functioning.

Perfect location just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore. Simple and old, but decent room.

Very poor toiletries. Also, there is a cinema next to the hotel and the floor was trembling by the explosions of the movie, at least provide free tickets to the guests of the hotel :-)
