Nice if you need to take the marconi express

Room is nice and clean

It is not really a hotel. Its more a floor in an excising apartment complex. You also enter trough the central door of the complex, kinda wierd. Also is the hotel located in a neighborhood that its not to good

A gloomy frontage is instantly defeated once you enter the warmly attractive interior.

From the outside, the hotel is not very inviting, but appearances can deceive and they certainly do in this case. The hotel within is attractive, sparklingly clean and the reception that awaits guests is superb. The location is within walking distance of the main railway station and while the side roads are not very appealing, the location itself is quiet and handy for access to the city centre.

The unappealing exterior to what seems to be an office block, should not put you off. The inside conquers any reservations about the outside and staff are delightful.

The hotel is on the first floor and this can be deceiving. Once you get inside the hotel is very clean and modern. The room was also newly redecorated, with a nice bathroom, coffee machine and fridge. The bed was comfortable and warm. Would recommend the hotel.

Had to leave the property for breakfast, although it was at a block away business.

It's a very convenient place: close to the train station and city center, and we would go again.

The bathroom was large and had good fixtures and a comfortable shower. The size of the room was nice and the mattress was comfortable. The safe was large enough to fit my laptop.

The neighborhood could have been quieter. Some of the streets around the hotel were a bit dirty. There is a short set of stairs before the elevator, and it wasn't immediately clear which floor to go to in the building (first floor above ground floor).

Very clean and comfortable, fabulous bathroom! The reception staff were very friendly. Very close to the train station. Walking distance to the historic centre of the city. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

The room is great for 4 people families (2 adults and 2 kids) and is very near the train station. The staff is very helpful and nice.

We stayed for a short time but really enjoyed it. The location is good for the proximity to the station, but it’s not in a busy/touristic area which I quite like. They were able to accomodate our late check in which was great.

Effective and clean!

Marconi Expres is well located, staff is friendly and kind. The room has good lightning but is a bit difficult to find and access. Good place to stay for work or short stays.

I booked with very short notice so it was a little expensive. I was a little disappointed because the bed was vey small and the decoration not that warm and cozy.

It was a perfect stay in a very hot summer Bologna!

The hotel is modern, well furnished and with very efficient air conditioner. The triple room we had was spacious enough, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was organised in a cafe near by and it was realy good, italian style - enough to start the day. The receptionist on duty was very nice and helpful.

Pay twice, get nothing back

I payed twice for this hotel, but neither Booking.com nor the hotel want to pay back the double payed amount. There was a stench of the sewer when I visited this hotel. The neighbourhood is not very nice.

I was in transit for one night

Location ideally for 1-2 night(either transit or city break), but I don't recommend for more. I liked so much white wall and floor tiles, room is clean, bathroom also very clean. In case of arriving too late, you receive some access code(outside, on the floor and in the room)

Fantastic no frills hotel, well located and exceptionally clean.

Our rooms were exceptionally clean, the location was great and Giovanni was as very helpful, finding us a taxi on the first day of the book fair was no mean task!

No bar or breakfast room but the location is gods and there are lots of bars and cafes near by.

Biagio and the other young guy who was there on our first day were absolutely fantastic - extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. And rooms were lovely, great facilities, great bathroom and shower, and very clean and comfortable
