The staff were very nice. The location was excellent. The room was very clean and it was efficient. It had everything we needed.
I wasn’t aware of the steps leading up to apt. we are in our 70s and it was difficult especially because stairs wrapped around and we only had carryons & backpacks. it would have been impossible if we had large suitcases. Also wished breakfast was available a little earlier like even 8:00am.

The location was ok
The staff were very helpful organising a taxi to the cruise terminal
It was like walking into a shared house. A mix of old and IKEA furniture. Only fruit at breakfast was Watermelon. Poor selection of processed breads and pastries.
Didn’t like that you had to phone a number every time you gained access. Would prefer a key
$$$$
