Casa San Martino Stays

The room was big with a nice bathroom. It was very clean.

The limited opening hours of the reception service could be a problem for some travellers. Also, despite the double glazing on the windows my room was on a busy street so I could hear some noise. Also, the soundproofing between rooms could have been better.

Really lovely room in a fantastic location. Short walk to Piazza Maggiore and the towers. Really comfortable room too, very spacious. Check in/check out is really easy, and the staff are lovely with great recommendations!

Only one mirror in the bathroom for the whole two room space - not the worst thing, but makes it more difficult getting ready. Mini fridge wasn't especially cold, but there is a larger fridge in the shared area so not a huge problem!

The location was close to Everything!

Great location and good size room

Staff did bare minimum. Little to no space to put anything in the bathroom. No counter space. Too tiny shelves. No place to put clothing or books in the bathroom. No luggage racks. Room was tidy, but nothing exciting. The room was somewhat clean, but somehow did not feel exceptionally clean. Carpet looked dingy. Bathroom and main doors full of dirty smudges. Entrance is very funky. You come into the doors in at night. It’s pitch black. You need to feel around for a light switch. All the halls are dark. The price was decent and again the location was very good, but I most likely would not stay here again.
