Great hotel, very clean, comfy and welcoming. Friendly staff. More like a traditional hotel than a faceless corporate brand. Shared bathroom facilities but very large. Good central location. Ideal for an overnight stay at start of Via Degli Dei walk.

Staff accommodated our family in the fullest possibly ways. They placed our family of 6 in side by side rooms and with a shared bathroom. All staff were gracious and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to stay for anyone! They had fruit and coffee accessible in lobby and clearly took pride in their facility and made our stay very pleasant.

The location is good. It had some charm. The elevator is cool but quirky.
it’s on the fifth floor and the elevator is quirky. The elevator is one of the very old type in the middle of the staircase requiring you to get in and close the elevator and hatchway doors to operate the elevator. The problem is that if someone leaves the doors open then it doesn’t work.
The biggest problem is that the bathrooms are down the hall and not in the room.
