Great choice when you visiting Bologna.

Everything!!! The location- super central and yet very quiet. the design, the space but mostly the kindness and the great hospitality of the owner. Seniora Maria is a special lady. She helped me a lot when she took me with her own car after I could not get any taxi and almost missed my flight. I can not thank her enough ❤️

Simply the best

Perfect location… property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in the fridge very adequate. Restaurant recommended was amazing. I would highly recommend this property if you are going to Bolonga. 6 ⭐️

Wonderful!

Maria and Sergio welcomed us to their lovely apartment. It is in a great location and on a very quiet street. They provided delicious and healthy food for breakfast. This apartment is a perfect place to stay while in Bologna.

Very beautiful, spacious appartment. All was very clean and well equipped. The host Maria was very helpful and nice, and Lorenzo was a great help with English and directions. Maria left for us a lot of snacks for breakfast (muffins, cookies, bread, jogurts etc.), beverages, coffee. Location is very close to historical center. Perfect place to stay ;) Thanks for having us!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend it more highly! The location is just so perfect, a 3 minute walk to the old market, main square and countless restaurants.

The B&B is centrally located with several great restaurants within the vicinity. The Host was very helpful and ensured that we are actually satisfied with our stay. The place is sparkling clean and huge for just the 2 of us.

Amazing Stay

This place is just fab! Apart from being beautiful and spacious, the apartment has everything you'd need. The place was stocked with food and drink, with cleaning available everyday. The location is perfect, in the centre but still quiet. Maria and Lorenzo were lovely and super helpful too!

Excellent stay

Incredibly warm welcome, they do their absolute best to make you feel at home. Lots of amazing details like snacks, yoghurt, drinks, good recommendations and even taxi booking. We wished we could have stayed longer! We will come back!

Perfect location: so close to the city center and to so may nice restaurants. Perfect hostess: Maria is so warm, kind, and helpful. Her thoughtfully prepared breakfast was very tasty. Perfect rooms: Our suite was clean, roomy, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Perfect restaurant recommendation: We tried seven out of 20 of Maria's recommended restaurant list. Every one of them was great. We enjoyed the famed food in Bologna in places filled with local folks. We were only sorry we could not try more restaurants.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday

The owner Maria is the perfect host ready to help with any problem. She prepares an excellent breakfast with typical Italian care. She makes you feel welcome before you step inside her property. The B&B is tastefully designed, very comfortable and immaculately clean. It's in a very quiet area but still within minutes to the centre. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Bologna. Thank you Maria for everything.

Maybe a handrail in the shower cubicle for older people would help

L'ampiezza della suite, la Sua luminosità e la collocazione nel centro storico a due passi dai monumenti, palazzi ed edifici storici di Bologna. La cordialità della proprietaria che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro perfetto agio fin prima di raggiungere la struttura. La disponibilità della colazione con frigo pieno di di tutto quello che ci poteva servire.

Il soffitto un po' basso nella camera da letto che, trattandosi di una mansarda, non permette di sfruttare appieno tutta l'ampiezza della stanza.

Super Erlebnis!

Maria und Nicola waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die sehr schöne und komfortable Maisonette-Wohnung ist super geeignet, um Bologna zu Fuss zu entdecken. Garagenplatz gleich um die Ecke war zu unserer Überraschung mit inbegriffen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Una casa stupenda. Una zona giorno grandissima con una luminosità, la mattina appena svegli, meravigliosa. La padrona di casa è stata cordiale e molto precisa con la comunicazione. La zona notte, al piano di sopra, bella e confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Distante dalla stazione a piedi, ma coi mezzi ci si arriva con una bella passeggiata tra i portici dalla fermata. Il condominio molto bello e pulito. Zona ottima (un attimo dal centro). Proprio sotto casa un bel locale dove si mangia bene. Raccomandato al 100%

Die Lage war ideal um an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Frau Maria war extrem hilfsbereit und da, wenn man sie brauchte. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin!

Maria è una perfetta padrona di casa: disponibile, affabile ed efficiente. Sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti, viziandoli con il frigorifero pieno di alimenti per colazione dolce o salata. Plus assoluto la pulizia giornaliera e la posizione in una tranquilla zona residenziale proprio dietro piazza Maggiore. Grazie Maria!

Une adresse que l'on voudrait garder pour soi.... Tout a été parfait : l'accueil de notre hotesse, l'emplacement de la location, dans un recoin calme de Bologna (mais à courte distance de marche des monuments / musées et des trattoria ....!), la superficie et la décoration de la location (Ah, la décoration, un goût très travaillé, sûr ...).

Le salon est très spacieux lumineux et decoré de beaux objets La chambre à l étage est confortable .(aux personnes de grande taille attention à la souspente ) L accueil est très sympathique l emplacement est très bien pour les visites

Locația super liniștită, aproape de centru orașului. Apartamentul este foarte confortabil, cu scară interioară, living amenajat cu bun gust, curat. Gazdele au fost amabile, discrete, dar gata oricând să ajute cu orice informație. Micul dejun - starter ideal pentru a explora minunata Bologna. Ce ne-a plăcut cel mai mult a fost liniștea (greu de găsit în centrele marilor orașe italiene).

Nu avem. (Pentru oaspeții "seniori" ar putea fi o problemă scara interioară, destul de abruptă). Pentru noi - nimic de reproșat.
