The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room, and hotel in general, were in very good condition. Very close to piazza maggiore and an easy walk to anywhere in historic Bologna. If you like a good quality centrally located boutique hotel, this is an excellent choice.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Bologna was very special. From booking restaurants and taxis to advice on attractions nothing was a bother to them. A particular mention should go to Daniele at the front desk for his help and advice. Our room was spotless and luxurious and the breakfast was delightful and once again the service was always with a smile. The hotel situation is absolutely ideal for al the main attractions on the city. Highly recommended!

Comfortable hotel on a safe, quiet street, with just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and gelaterias! The staff is very nice and helpful, including the breakfast waitstaff that serves a delicious breakfast! The hotel is a straight 20 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Brun. From the delicious breakfast to the very comfortable bed - clean and comfy with a nice armoire closet. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. Great location to everything central and a 20-25 minute walk to/from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on future trips to Bologna. Grazie Mille

This is a smaller hotel on a quiet square that is just 5 minutes walk to the main square with all the tours and other tourist activities in the center of the old town. Very nice rooms with modern plumbing, very clean and very good service. A nice breakfast is included for those who want more than just coffee and a croissant in the morning. Five stars!

The hotel personnel were very accommodating. We had an early flight and they provided breakfast to go. The bed was very comfortable with pillow top mattress. We had a lovely view from the room!

Loved this hotel and it was a fantastic location but there was a noise coming from the heating/ air con vent whether it was on or not. It got so loud sometimes that it impacted my sleep. I was offered an alternative room but that had the same issue. I’d stay again in a heartbeat if the noise issue was resolved.

Absolutely loved the one night here. I wish it was available for the other three I was in town. The location is excellent, the staff couldn't be more helpful and kind, the room is spacious and even has a 'real' size shower with amazing water pressure! Bedding super cozy and the breakfast plentiful and delicious with gluten free offerings. This hotel makes me want to come back to Bologna!
