You have to visit, but toy need to know that is not acceptable to everyone 😕

Very clean and and thw location was graet. In the middle of historical center and access to Everything. Aris was very kind and welcoming.

The bed was uncomfortable and very hard . And the room was on the 4th floor and is not mentioned.

Great location (except for the stairs) in central Bologna - a good value with some drawbacks.

Great location right in old town Bologna. Large bathroom.

Many steep flights of stairs to the room, Doors and stairs were very noisy as other guests came and went, Mattress was uncomfortable and made very loud noises when you moved on the bed. We also had trouble with the clothes washing machine - it was difficult to plug in and it did not have a drying cycle.

Overall Bologna is expensive when it comes to accommodation. So this property is relatively affordable considering. BUT

The location - it was right in the city centre.

The bed - it was something of a bunk bed or sofa bed, very uncomfortable. Also, not very clean.

The location was by far the best. A perfect area. We appreciated having a washer.

All in all, the stay was exceptionally pleasant – a perfect location, kind staff, and comfortable accommodation.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering ample space for a comfortable stay for two people. The bathroom stood out in particular – spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the old town, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. We’re especially grateful to the staff, who were extremely kind and professional – although the misunderstandings we encountered were not their fault, they went out of their way to assist us and ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. A truly pleasant stay and an experience we would gladly recommend.

The only slight inconvenience to mention is that the accommodation is located on a higher floor, accessible via steep stairs, which might be a bit tricky for those with heavy luggage or limited mobility. However, this is a minor detail that does not affect the overall very positive experience.

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bologna! The location is perfect – not far from the bus station where shuttle bus from the Airport stops and within walking distance to main sightseeing's. The location is touristy but still incredibly quiet. The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable 2 nights stay. The Wonderful Italy company was great, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out and offering helpful assistance whenever needed. We were allowed to check-in earlier that the actual check-in hour. Highly recommend this place to any traveler. We would definitely book this place again!

No complains. I know, some travelers complaint about stairs but we never forget where we are. All buildings in that area were build hundreds of years ago, when there were no elevators... Those stairs were part of the journey:)!

Central location was great to walk to major attractions. Plenty of space in room.

Staff took too long to resolve central heating and wifi issues. Although described as no kitchen, would have liked a corkscrew in the apartment. We are in the land of wine after all!

Wonderful stay! Some minor problems that can be easily fixed.

Location was perfect. Appartment was as shown in the photos and was very good. They managed to let us leave our luggages in the room a little earlier, and this was helpful. Also we were able to leave the luggages a couple more hours after our check out, which helped us exlore the city on the last morning without having to carry them all around the town. The lady that welcomed us was professional and was able to speak English very well.

As mentioned by many travelers there are about 80 stairs to reach the appartment. It is not so difficult for young travelers with not many luggages but for earderly people, or families with baby strolls or little kids it would be a huge problem. The room could be cleaner. Especialy under the bed there was a lot of dust stuck under the mattress on the head of the bed. Bath curtain was torn in some part. The toilet paper was merely enough for 2-3 days. thus we had to get our own. Also we were told that they will leave us some coffee capsules untill we get to buy our own, but this never happened. The lady that welcomed us did not have any change so we could pay the local taxes by cash. She sent us a link to pay them online, but I think that having change just in case would be better. Also she forgot to tell us if there was any Wi-fi (but we forgot to asked her too, to be honest)

Disappointing

Very close to the city centre

The room was up 100 stairs - no mention of this in the booking. There was no lift so it was a real struggle to get up and down. There were no plates or cutlery so you couldn't self cater. The room was small compared to what the photos implied. There were no cleaning utensils so we couldn't brush the floor or mop. There were no instructions about how to deal with rubbish - the bins on the street needed a card or code which we didn't have. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Ottimo weekend in centro

Posizione centralissima, su Piazza Maggiore, ma al tempo stesso silenziosa. Camera accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno dotato di un grande specchio, vasca, wc e soprattutto bidet. La struttura era abbastanza pulita. Puntualissimo il check-in, con un ragazzo molto simpatico che subito ci ha messo a nostro agio.

La posizione

Nonostante lo sapessimo, i moltissimi gradini sono stati una tortura. Con un neonato è praticamente impossibile soggiornare in una stanza come questa. Cucina praticamente inesistente, armadio rotto e quindi inutilizzabile per metà della sua capienza e acqua non sempre calda. Tanta polvere e letto molto rumoroso

Un buon punto di partenza con qualcosa da migliorare

Ottima posizione proprio accanto a piazza Maggiore. Molto pulito e la ragazza che ci ha accolti gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono tutto sommato, visti i prezzi medi in giro. Va benissimo come appoggio per girare la città.

L'appartamento necessiterebbe di qualche miglioramento: la porta di ingresso rimane aperta e bisogna dare un giro di chiave per chiuderla; non c'è un attaccapanni per i giacconi né un gancio per appendere i teli in bagno; il letto è abbastanza scomodo (andrebbe cambiato il materasso); in bagno i flaconi dei saponi erano tutti vuoti.
