I love the room’s design - very original and cool. I really liked the wall colours and the amazing chandelier. There was a small fridge in the room, which was very handy. We also appreciated the coffee machine, free water, and the little biscuits we received every morning. That was a really nice touch. Water, coffee pods, tea and buiscuits are added each morning.
The location was amazing; everything was so close by. The nearby market - Mercato delle Erbe was brilliant both during the day and at night, with so many people having drinks and snacks. We also discovered some amazing restaurants around – everything was within a 5–10 minute walk from the guesthouse. Mo Mortadella Lab is only 5 min walk which is a must!
Check-in was easy without actually seeing any staff. Initially, I was concerned about this as I had never experienced it before, but the communication was great, with very clear instructions, making the process quick and easy.
On our last day, we left our suitcases for a couple of hours, and when we came back to collect them, we met the owner and a few cleaners who were very friendly and kind and even offered us a coffee. Thank you so much for the amazing stay in Bologna which we hope we will return very soon.
There were several bars around, and being in a vibrant and lively city like Bologna, noise was inevitable. We didn’t mind it, as we love urban cities, but some people might struggle with the noise, which went on all night, sometimes until 2–3 in the morning.

Central location, spacious room with comfy bed, very clean, extremely responsive and helpful staff, hot water in the bathroom, plus a mini fridge (good for storing parmesan!). Everything was as described online.
Some street noise at night during the weekend from the nearby bar/restaurant but not too bad.

The bar/club across the road was really noisy until around 2.30am
