Pretty decent

Nice property with overall good location. We enjoyed our stay there

Washroom could have been a bit cleaner and the extra bedsheet smelt a bit weird so we were a bit cold. Nothing too terrible but the wifi is really poor.

A excellent location for a short visit to Bologna.

Located in a convenient position for access via the central station and city attractions. Roll was neat, tidy clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly

Excellent facilities and location

All very good! Clean, spacious and brand new facilities. You get a lot of space and the room is equipped with all the essentials.

Only downside is the noise from the street, sometimes the street can get a little noisy overnight.

Great location with lots of space!

Property was in a great location - 15 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to old city center, and plenty of eateries at your door step. Being able to use the shared kitchen facilities was a bonus and having the lounge separate from the room was great (plenty of space!). Overall great place to base yourself in Bologna for a few nights to explore everything the city has to offer.

Being on the first floor, you can hear quite a bit of street noise which may bother light sleepers. The bed was a bit hard for me but that’s just personal preference.

great location, clean, safe. the elevator was great for access to top floors, surprise to us was the washing machine not advertised- this would be a huge selling point

private bathroom was in a separate room to the bedroom in a shared accommodation building. had to always lock and unlocks bathroom and bedroom doors with keys.

The accommodation was very clean and its location is providing a lot of opportunities for walking city tours or choosing bus and railway transport for nearby visits. Our host was so friendly and helpful that it will be our first choice for the next visit.

Loved the place, would stay again.

Once we found the place, it was great! LU.na was walkable to sites and many shopping places. The host provided many things for travelers (peroxide, cotton rolls, hair dryer, water kettle, cute shower).

Excellent instructions with photos to get into property. Clear info throughout. Very convenient location and exceptionally clean. I felt very safe there.

Some coffee along with the tea would have been appreciated but there is a cafe next door! It would have been useful to be able to wash up the glasses and tea mugs.

Good option for a few nights

Very clean and tidy, modern, warm and comfortable, the building well maintained. Bathroom was new and spacious, water warm and with good pressure. Self check in was easy. The room was supplied with water bottles, kettle and tea, and some personal hygiene items which was a nice touch.

Walls are thin and the street outside gets pretty loud, some other guests too. Bed was too soft to sleep well, but I suppose that's subjective. Our bathroom was not connected directly to the room, which was a mild inconvenience.

The room is clean, in a quiet area thats very close to the main town. Smooth communication with the host and

If there is some coffee or tea in the room, that would be nice. Also the place doesnt have a little kitchen or pantry, but this is nice to have, not a must. In this case it would be good to have a little tiny refrigerator to keep food. Also the city tax must be clearly stated in the description or during the booking process. We got confused.

It is not specified during booking that you have to access the bathroom through the hallway shared with the other rooms. Furthermore, at least in our room there was no fridge.

Amazing stay, will be visiting again!

Outstanding facilities, communication, cleanliness, value. Was expecting a lot less considering the price. Felt like we spent more time in the room than in Bologna!

The WiFi password didn't work, I figured out how to connect in the end, but the password provided didn't work.

Great location. Good as a base from which to explore the city.

I was attending the film festival and the location was perfectly situated.

It's a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen area. However, after the lovely large bed, which takes up most of the room, the apartment is a bit like a space capsule. The fridge partially blocks access to the stove and the cupboard beneath it. This should not matter for short-term stays, and while it was theoretically possible to cook in the apartment, I doubt it would really be possible. No windows - except in the bathroom. I would still recommend it.

Very friendly hosts but uncomfortable accommodation

The host was exceptionally friendly and the room very clean.

No bedside table to store miscellaneous items; the stove was located almost behind the fridge and very awkward to use; there were insufficient pots and pans. The room was dark and the bathroom very very small. Overall the apartment was extremely small.

Gut gelegenes, sauberes Zimmer für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Die Informationen zum Self-CheckIn wurden unkompliziert per Whats App vermittelt. Zudem war die Lage für uns super, da alles fußläufig erreichbar war. Zimmer und separates Bad waren sehr sauber.

Da unser Zimmer zur Straße hin gelegen war, war es mit offenen Fenster sehr laut. Zudem zog öfters mal Rauchgeruch durchs Fenster rein. Das hat das Lüften erschwert. Zudem hat das Bett etwas gequietscht und war uns persönlich zu weich.

Sehr gutes Appartement in sehr guter Lage

Sehr gute Lage; zum Bummeln durch die Geschäfte geht es vor der Haustür schon los und das Zentrum ist auch rasch erreicht; Parken kann man im Parkhaus direkt gegenüber oder in anderem 100m entfernt (allerdings teuer). Sehr nette Vermieterin, alles hat super geklappt. Falls wieder Bologna, dann wieder hier!!!

Bologna è stata una bella scoperta!

La casa è molto accogliente, è tutto nuovo e pulito. Natascia è molto disponibile ad accogliere le esigenze del cliente. Inoltre la casa è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e anche a piedi in 10 minuti raggiungi il centro.

Non ho riscontrato cose negative.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città a piedi. Molti servizi nei dintorni. Struttura pulita

Annuncio fuorviante che indicava la disponibilità di un "intero appartamento" mentre invece si tratta di un appartamento con 3 stanze affittate separatamente e senza uso cucina. La mancanza della cucina dovrebbe essere specificata. Stessa cosa per il bagno esterno alla stanza. Se avessi avuto queste informazioni al momento della prenotazione, avrei scelto un'altra struttura. Nei 6 giorni di soggiorno non è stato effettuato alcun servizio di pulizia né sono stati svuotati i cestini della spazzatura.
