Disappointing hotel room with completely uncaring managing staff.

Checking out.

There was no soap and the fridge did not work at all once connected to mains electricity although it made quite a bit of noise for the first hour or two. Headboards were worn with detaching pvc leatherette pieces. The small bed's bedcover had a torn away hem. For the three of us there were three unmatching hangers. Lighting was depressing although the room was clean. The worst aspect of the booking was the firm's repeated and adamant refusal to make any provision for our late arrival should we be delayed reaching them due to an airline fault. We also offered to pay an exhorbitant 30 euro hourly surcharge for a staff member to remain behind after the closing of check in. No answer other than a repeated note from the company's functionary pointing out we ought to have noticed their early closing times for check in before booking--we had filled in their form before booking pointing out we were likely to arrive between 8pm and 10pm. The end of their check-in hours was 8pm. Luckily the BA flight landed on schedule and we hurried past the impossible taxi queue to the monorail terminal and thence to its rail station terminus and walked very very briskly to the check-in address. We arrived in some disarray with 15 minutes to spare. It was an exasperating and stressful beginning to our vacation.

The property was ok. The TV and and the Air conditioner didn’t work. They lied about internet service, there is none.

Management was rude and really over the top. I would never deal with them again that’s for sure

Recommended for cheap backpacking holidays.

Nothing exceptional, very cheap private room. Good for a budget travel where stay doesn’t really matter to the trip itself. Recommended for backpackers.

Bad smell of cigarettes and non-expected charges

We had to pay 4 euros per person for the city tax, which is not included on the price and they don't clarify this until you pick up the key. Also, we booked a non-smoker room and the room smelled like cigarettes, terrible. Once you receive the confirmation they explain you have to pick up the key in a different location (3 blocks away). They instruct you to text them in advance if you want to leave luggage there (for a 4 euros fee) but nobody replied nor answered the phone. Really bad, I do not recommend.

Excellent location. Basic inside. No little touches

Location is excellent. Its on a main road, lots of bus stops nearby, lots of shops Its 10 minutes walk to piaza majore and 15 minutes walk to the train station

The room has a TV, a little fridge, toilet and shower. Thats all!! The room is truly basic - The TV and the fridge plug in to the same electrical socket. In other words if you want to watch TV you have to unplug the fridge. How much would a multiplier cost ? There is no cutlery whatsoever. No glasses, no cutlery. What do you do if you want to cut an apple, eat a yogurt, drink some water? Where do you put your tooth brush? There is a tiny waste bin in the bathroom. Thats all !! There is no table There is no kettle to make a coffee/tea There is no cupboard or drawers to put your clothes. Only a bar with 3-4 coat hangers Its ok for sleeping only

Location was great. Room had AC which was thoroughly needed. Enough space for solo traveling.

Minibar didn't work and had leftovers from a previous tenant which were already rotten stinking everything. Almost no info during check in process, they just give you the key.

The room was in the Center of the City and it was quiet. Enough room to stay for 1 or 2 nights. For the price we payed it was very acceptable.

There was mold in the shower and we couldnt reach anyone before our stay. There was no answer to our questions, we tried via the booking-app and the number that was given by the Location. That was very annoying and a little nervewrecking. There is no option to Check-in before 15.00 and if you want to store your luggage there, you have to pay 7€ for 4 hours, which is ridiculous. You dont have to pay for this anywhere else.

Scam

We booked this hotel advising them that we would arrive late at night in Bologna. They would not let us do a late Check in, even if we asked for this when we booked. They said it was not possible, and that they are nor a hotel (yet they have 22 rooms...) but would not refund our booking! We could not enter the hotel even if we had payed. they did not offer any alternative, and booking did not want to refund us either.

Avoid this place

The location is good and the check-in and check-out process is easy.

If you want a room with working bathroom or internet, avoid this place. The pressure of the hot water in the pipes was very low, so we couldn't get even remotely warm shower. The bathroom smelled by urine, the sink drain was blocked and the toilete was not firmly attached to the floor. I tried to contact the staff via message on the first evening of our weekend stay, haven't got any reply at all. About the internet connection: when we were lucky enough to be able to connect to the wifi, the connection speed was horribly low.

Passable

The only good thing was the room destination. It was very close to the train station and to the center of Bologna. Also, we stayed there for just one night and it had everything we needed, for instance a clean bathroom and bed.

Well, I was arriving from the airport at 14.00 so I asked an hour earlier to check in,unfortunately they couldn't offer me a 1 hour earlier check-in that it was somehow strange. Also, when I asked them about the storage luggage they told me that this facility comes with an extra cost, when I asked them about it they didn't even answer to me back, so I had to go somewhere with my suitcases until the check-in time! That was very annoying!!!! Furthermore, when we arrived at the destination, I tried to call them, and they didn't even answer at the phone( not to mention the messages). When I finally tried to reach them, the lady didn't speak English, and she closed the phone! Luckily, we called again, and a man there (Italian-Stranger) helped us to communicate with them in order to get our keys.

When I went to make the check in, I have to wait like 10 minutes because no one was there. The girl (who was very nice anyways) give me the wrong key and I got lost for 40 minutes and have to wait for her to bring me the new key. The place it's what you see in pictures, but you can hear everything from the rooms of others guests

It is not a bad property but some rooms are not as confortable

The location is very good, just a 10 minute walking from the city center, and there are several options for food nearby. The landlady was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with her upon arrival.

When I booked this stay, I did not realize that the room I was booking was one of the worst options in this property. Some rooms are very nice looking, but at least this one is not. I advice you to make sure that you see all of the pictures before confirming your stay. The bed was small and unconfortable, and there was no shower curtains. Also, the sound isolation is not the best.

not worth the money at all!!! DON’T GO!

good location, central

many reasons why this place is not worth the money you spent!: 1-they charge you a lot of money to keep the luggages in the hotel 5€ first 4 hours then 7€ then 9€! while I found one storage who took only 5 € all day! 2- in the month of February with 10 degrees outside, they don’t put a duvet! (it’s like in the photo!) likely there is at least the aircon but you’re forced to keep it on all night or you’ll die frozen! 3- in the bathroom there was only the shampoo! can you believe it? they charge €79 + 8€ as tourist tax per night and they don’t even give you a little bit of shower gel 4- They do check-ins in a place and the rooms are somewhere else in the nearby so if you have a few luggages it’s not comfortable at all! 5- the earliest check-in is a 3pm!!! but then in the morning you must live by 10am or the cleaner will come and ask you to go! (not even kindly!) so basically you pay €87 only to warm up a bit and sleep! maybe they should consider to be a motel! 6- not to mention little details that should be instead noticed when you charge money for a room, like the main door outside the rooms was always open! the paintings in the wall were oddly crooked! the shower room so small that if you are overweight you wouldn’t fit and the rooms’ wall so thin you can hear all neighbour’s speeches! I mean if you are low budget! I would not recommend this! you can choose something more decent for the same money! even a hostel would offer a better stay than this!
