The location was convenient. They allowed baggage storage, which was fantastic. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The king bed was the most comfortable bed in the world, but the single bed was very uncomfortable. We ended-up squished three people on the king so no one had to sleep on it. It felt a little overpriced, but overall a good stay.

KING bed very comfortable. Clean room with kettle & coffee machine. Good hot water. Good location for tourist sites, eateries and old city.

Firstly, very difficult to find. This ‘Inn’ is on the 7th floor of a residential/office block. Signage was impossible. (2 photos to help) Other than the reception desk there r 6 rooms along a hallway. On check in with Gerome we were asked for EUR26 for city tax. I have checked previous Booking.com reviews & no one has mentioned this. At 5AM at Sometime during the 1st night (2 night stay) the electricity in our room died. The sewage smell was terrible because of this. We waited until 7am to call Francesco who promptly came. At 8AM a new room off the noisy bright at night Reception area was allocated where the plumbing gurgled all night long. A very very NOISY location with traffic.

Basic accommodation near old Bologna

Good location near to old Bologna and good value for money. Staff (when they were there) were polite and courteous. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Good for a short stay if you are on a budget but few facilities

An attempt was made to take money from my credit card two months before arrival and during the free cancellation period. A further attempt was made prior to our arrival, despite the fact the booking was 'no pre-payment' and 'pay at property' - this is now the subject of investigation. Property is on the seventh floor of a mixed office and apartment block with a tiny lift. Main access door was broken and remained open throughout our stay. WiFi connection did not work. Room was supposed to be cleaned after three days - it wasn't. Shower was damaged and air conditioning struggled to work effectively

The shell of bath, sink and toilet didn’t work at all so it became flooding and since there were no staff members of hotel in hotel at night I had to clean the water by myself whole night by my towels. also, i had no chance to take a shower anymore because water hasn’t drained by morning at all - it has become even more of that.

Good

We were very nicely greeted. The room was spacious and the little amenities (like some juice, coffee, tea etc) were very nice! Bed was comfy and the location to explore Bologna is perfect. We also liked the breakfast at the little cafe next to the B&B.

If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be ideal since the rooms are not well isolated (e.g. we had very loud neighbors in the apartment next to us, that had their TV / music on throughout late after midnight.)

Extremely poor management !

The room size was good. The location is nice.

The breakfast was awful. Before traveling, I read reviews saying that the breakfast was excellent. Actually, there is no breakfast room. They give you a ticket for a cup of coffee and one piece of pastry that you can use in a nearby cafe. DON'T WASTE your money for breakfast. Also, the staff is truly non-existent. They are not there. They don't spend the night or the weekend in the inn. Nobody tidies the room the next day. We stayed with 3 people for 2 days but they put 1 piece of coffee capsule for us. While we were staying there, a couple came who paid the room price online, but they couldn't enter their room as the staff was not there. This is not a hotel. It is a converted flat with 5-6 rooms. That is it! This is not a hotel or inn.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Camera pulita, silenziosa,calda e dotata di tutto: macchina x caffè espresso,bollitore e tisane... CameraTop x arredamento e pulizia. Il B&B si trova a 10/12 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Andate senza esitare. Francesco persona gentilissima ci ha assegnato la camera tripla (era libera , noi avevamo la camera piccola )non tutti lo farebbero, ci ha consigliato i luoghi dove andare a mangiare. Quando torneremo a Bologna , ritorneremo sicuramente in questo meraviglioso B&B.

Sinceramente nulla da dire alla struttura, l'unica cosa la maleducazione di altri clienti, che hanno tenuto accesa la ventola del bagno fino a notte tarda

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, a due passi dal centro.

Nella camera erano presenti una macchina del caffe con cialde e dell'acqua offerti dal proprietario, ma la colazione non era prevista, cosa che non avevo capito al momento della prenotazione on line. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato un bar nelle vicinanze davvero ottimo, ma comunque migliorerei la comunicazione di questo aspetto del servizio offerto: la colazione non è compresa.

Consiglio!

Nella camera erano presenti bottigliette di acqua e thè e camomilla. tutto il resto ineccepibile! Pulizia, gentilezza e tutto funzionante! Abbiamo alloggiato una notte e dopo aver lasciato la camera ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli e permetterci di non camminare con il peso addosso, visto che siamo arrivati in treno! È perfettamente vicino a tutto! Alla stazione e al centro! Posizione ottima! Consiglio !

Сподобалось розташування готелю - центр міста. Також велике ліжко було зручним. В номері було чисто. Була можливість зробити каву та чай в номері.

При заселенні у нас попросили сплатити додатковий туристичний збір, який склав 10% від вартості номера або скасувати своє замовлення через Booking і заселитися (щоб власник помешкання не платив Booking). Також наш рейс перенесли і ми вимушено по їхали на 2 години пізніше. За пізню реєстрацію з нас взяли ще 20 євро. Тобто, замість очікуваних 390 євро за 2 дні ми заплатили 445 євро. Це було дійсно неприємно.

Top Aufenthalt in super Lage zur Altstadt

Die Lage ist direkt an der Innnenstadt und man kann von dort aus prima in die Altstadt reinlaufen. Das Personal/der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Im Hotel selbst wurde an alles gedacht: sogar an Schließfächer im Eingangsbereich, die man nutzen kann, wenn man schon ausgecheckt hat. Im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Kaffee und allen Möglichkeiten. Alles absolut top organisiert! Frühstück gibts mit Gutschein vom Hotel im Cafe untendran - klasse gemacht, tolle Idee. Vielen Dank für alles, sehr gerne wieder!
