The facilities were fairly new, so it was nice inside.
Communication on where the property is and instructions on how to get in were hard to follow.

Clean and comfortable, everything you need for a short stay in Bologna. Good communication with owner, everything functioning remotely - I didn't meet him or anybody else . A few Dolce gusto espresso capsules waited for me, tea bags also, everything you need in the bathroom is also there.
That window that someone complained before me is still not fixed - the net on the window is slightly torn and the blinds cannot be raised all the way, so only complain is about that.
I didn't find it disturbing so didn't want to waste time on complaining to owner.
