Very clean, the room was smelling so good and the bathroom also, we appreciate the coffee machine in the room, the apartment it s near the bologna centrale and center of city. The host was one of the most kindness person we meet in Italy, very recommend.

Great location, walking distance from the train station and from the city centre. Davide has been a great host, he welcomed us and helped us in every request we had. Room very comfortable and perfectly clean also with a very enjoyable balcony.

Excellent room for couples within walking distance to station and city centre

The room was excellent. Enough space for 2 people, very clean, comfy bed, very modern, good coffee machine with pods provided. The location is great as it is walking distance to the train station in Bologna and also walking distance to the old town. The host Davide was great and very friendly and communicated well with us. Highly recommended especially for couples as the double bed is very comfy.

Clean and modern very small room; communication problematic

The apartment was recently renovated, everything was very clean and the bed was the best on the whole 3 week trip in Italy - perfect for people who like a mattress with firm enough support while being comfortably soft. Walking from the train station was about 10 minutes and there is a Coop supermarket 3 minutes away. The lift was a bonus for people with luggage.

The planning of our arrival was terrible as we don't have international roaming and our host sent us the PIN for a key 1 hour before the actual arrival via booking.com. There was nobody at the flat when my wife arrived and the host didn't pick up his phone when she tried to call and also when a friendly neighbour tried to call him. The problem was solved by eventually sending an SMS after sitting in the hallway for 45 minutes. We did not know about any key box beforehand - this should be communicated at least 24 hours before and any code should best be send by SMS if it is at short notice. Also the instructions for opening the balcony door were hard to follow. We didn't want to force the door and ended up not opening it all all. But that was ok - it is just a small balcony facing some houses. There was moderate noise outside at night and from the upstairs neighbour walking around. What appeared to us as a separate arrangement when we made the booking, is actually one room/bathroom inside the host's apartment with its own door into a common hallway for the host and ourselves. It is too small to open 2 luggage trolleys at the same time inside the room. Overall, we would rather stay somewhere else next time.

Amazing stay in a Amazing city.

The location , close to restaurants and a short walk to the main train station and the historic centre. Our host communicates well and meet us to show the well laid out accommodation . The property was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend highly. We enjoyed our stay.

The room is perfect, very nicely designed and furnished, lovely balcony, great location between the train station and the old town, and absolutely THE comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in!

No blackout curtains, although there looked to be roll-up shutters that we weren't sure how to operate. Eye masks were an easy fix.

Great location,a 10 minute walk to the train station.Access was easy , Davide contacting us before our arrival with details for the key box.The apartment itself was spotless with plenty of wardrobe space,nice bathroom and a coffee machine.Davide even gave us plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi to the airport for us after we struggled to get one online.

The self check-in was like an "escape room" 😅. It was a challenge to find the locker with the key at 23 o'clock.

The room is on the 3rd floor of an apartment block, adjacent to where the helpful owner Davide resides. Fairly small room but it was very clean and comfortable, large comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, good air-con, plenty of storage space and with a small balcony to sit out on. There’s a coffee machine and the TV included Amazon Prime. Very quiet situation on a cul-de-sac in a residential area. Location was ideal as it’s an easy walk to the railway station, and in the other direction to the city centre. There are some good restaurants literally round the corner, and a Co-Op supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. We thought it was ideal for a short break in Bologna.

Just a minor point, a kettle would have been very nice in order to make tea - us English don’t all drink coffee!!

The room was nice and clean. Not far from train station. I have a bad back and bed was too soft for me to sleep on Davide kindly found a yoga mat for me to sleep on.

There was no electric kettle in room. So couldn't make a cup of tea.

Lovely place, not far from the bustle

Everything is well thought out in design and layout. Bathroom was nice and spacious. The balcony was great and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

I had a little trouble opening the balcony door, but my husband had it all figured out. A diagram in the instructions might help for future guests.

Modern room in apartment, close to Central Station

Close to the Central Station, the room is modern and very clean. The balcony, oriented to the interior yard, is a strong plus in the warm seasons. Large bed, spacious closet, fresh decorations. Private bathroom in the room. The host waited us until 9PM to ease the check in and wrote us from to time during our stay to help accommodate.

We couldn't find very quick the entry at dark, as the room is located in a private condominium, so we had to check from door to door the owners names on the interphone panel. The room is part of a larger inhabited apartment, a fact we did not know from the Booking details and was presented only at the check-in. The heater (radiator on the wall) was cold so we fully relied on the A/C which was not totally effective and after a while it was quite noisy. Being in a private block, in the morning you could hear all kind of noises, mainly from renovations.

Just a short walk from the railway station on a quiet side street, but within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants meaning no need to go into the city centre if you don't want to. Even so, only a 25 minute walk or so to the centre, whilst numerous bus routes pass close by. Spotlessly clean, with plenty of hanging space, a very nice bathroom, small refrigerator and comfortable double bed. An added bonus is a pod coffee machine for an early morning caffeine 'fix'! Oh, and a balcony although, as we visited in November we did not use it. Would happily book again!

Very comfortable apartment, stylish, rainshower, A/C, smart TV, small fridge with cold frizzante in it on arrival which can be enjoyed on the balcony. The host is friendly and can give advice on where to eat, arrange a taxi, etc.
