Perfect place to stay in Bologna

Everything was so good and clean. We got the instructions before arriving. She sent all details. The place is very close to everywhere. For breakfast, she dropped a coupon in the room. And you can eat what you want in the Bar. We will stay there if we go to Bologna again. She is invaluable.

A well-designed, comfortable apartment that felt like a small oasis during our stay in Bologna.

The apartment exceeded our expectations — most B&Bs can be disappointing, but this one was genuinely great. Everything felt new and recently renovated. There was air conditioning, a fridge, a well-designed bathroom, and thoughtful details throughout. The window shutters helped block out the heat, and the place was easy to find. Communication was smooth, and we even got complimentary cold drinks and an early check-in, which absolutely saved us! It was a pleasure to come back here every day. We highly recommend it.

There isn’t a real breakfast — instead, you get a €5 voucher per person for a nearby bar, which only really covers a coffee and maybe a croissant (barely). On one of the days we didn’t receive the vouchers, though we didn’t contact the hosts — maybe they would’ve fixed it. That said, the bar itself was nice and classic Italian, and we enjoyed returning there.

Excellent bnb, very clean and bright. Great facilities and the location is fantastic, short stroll into historical centre but lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Nella was a great host.

Great place to stay in the heart of Bologna

Lovely and very comfortable studio, well equipped with everything you could need. The location is very close to Piazza Magiore and most attractions, just 10 minutes’ walk. The breakfast vouchers you get from Nella, to be used for coffee and sandwiches at bar Marconi 47, come in useful. I will surely recommend the Marconi 49 B&B to all my friends, and I thank especially Nella for all her help and support.

A wonderful stay

We had a very good stay. The place is modern, superclean, comes with all you need + contact with host was always quick, nice and friendly. Also bed was amazing + we loved the individual airco!

Great location—just a short walk from the station and the city centre. The room was modern and a good size, with a very comfortable bed. The host was responsive and helpful. Check-out was a bit early for my liking, but we were able to leave our luggage, which was convenient. I would stay again.

Acomodação perfeita! Quando cheguei à Bologna, estava muito mal de saúde e o quarto foi perfeito para repousar. A Mini cozinha foi excelente pois me permitiu comer sem sair de lá. Tudo muito limpo, aconchegante, confortável e ótima localização, além de disponibilizar máquina de lavar roupas, que também utilizamos. E a Nella atendeu-nos muito bem pelo WhatsApp. O sistema é self check in e check out. Muito prático e simples. Amei! Super indico a acomodação.

Struttura situata a pochi metri dal centro commerciale di Bologna, con servizio bar per la colazione!! La stanza che ci ha ospitato non mancava di nulla, anche angolo cottura, televisione, bagno dotato di ogni comfort, insomma non mancava nulla!!

Perfekte Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Wer möchte kann selbst kochen, ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber, aber in der "Fetten" solle man es sich überlegen. Bologna trägt diesen Namen zu Recht.

Wer gerne frühstückt, dem kann das italienische Frühstück in der Bar nebenan eventuell etwas zu wenig sein. Aber man kann dazukaufen und auch hier nettes Team.

Wegen des immer möglichen Lärms würde ich dort nicht mehr buchen.

Das Zimmer war wie erwartet. Leider extrem laute Discomusik von 20-22:15! Die Managerin hat gesagt sie kann nichts machen, das sei in Italien bis 23 Uhr erlaubt. Nun, damit musste ich leben, doch es wäre einfach diese Möglichkeit der Belästigung vorher zu erwähnen. Nach einer langen Anreise ist so ein Lärm einfach schwer zu ertragen!

Struttura nuovissima in un vecchio palazzo. Bagno ottimo, con radiatore regolabile autonomamente. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Tutto molto bene. Una ciliegina sulla torta sarebbe un appendiabiti in entrata (anche se l’armadio è molto capiente).
