The accommodation was extremely convenient in terms of location — all the main sights of the Historic Center were within easy walking distance. The area was quiet and very safe, perfect for evening strolls. Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to stay close to everything without needing any transportation! Very spacious and comfortable room, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The shared kitchen and balcony had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee and breakfast items.

A great stay in the centre of Bologna

Very modern, comfortable and good location. The common area was also great and with very good facilities. Loved the outdoor terrace! The property manager was also extremely welcoming and nice to deal with.

Little things for improvement - the fridge turns off when one is not in the room making it difficult to keep anything chilled. Also, lack of hangers in the bathroom and would be nice to add a clothes drying rack somewhere in the room/outside on the terrace. The hairdryer was also inconvenient to use.

Well located, beautiful, modern and comfortable room, super great shower and bathroom. Very modern shared amenities.

The only thing that could improve is the smell in the room we stayed. It was a very clean room and bathroom, however, it had a bit of a weird smell probably coming from the bathroom pipes.

Didn't end up using the outside lounge area but the location itself was great, we had very nice and considerate neighbours, ultimately a very pleasant experience

There was an issue with the portal we were given to enter the building, where it wouldn't open the main gate on the first day, so we had to phone the company and have others let us in. Potentially very dangerous if it wasn't so busy at night.

A basic place to sleep, well located. Just don’t expect luxury

Location was good, close to the center and main attractions! Room was comfortable and had lots of space.

I just found it very very simple, with super basic stuff in the apartment, low quality things. Not bad but very basic and simple for what I paid.

Well located room but bad organisation

Good location, good shower, comfortable bed, breakfast was provided with a large open terrace.

Organisation was the only issue, we could not access the property to check into our room. We arrived at the building and it was locked with no way to retrieve a key. We had to wait for another resident to leave the building so they could open the door. When we arrived to our room, there were no towels or bathroom necessities. So we had to request. We also forgot our key one time, and the same problem happened where the owner would not provide a way to enter the property, we had to wait for a resident to leave and open the door.

Property was modern and room and kitchen area were good. Very clean. Quite good location. Nice touch to provide an outdoor space.

We couldn’t get on the internet and that was responded to promptly. However we found our bed to be incredibly noisy. So much so that turning over or getting out of bed woke the other person up. Imagine the creaking of a falling redwood tree. My first text on the subject was ignored , my second ‘thanks for notifying us!’ I expected it to be sorted. Not good customer service.

Stanze e bagno pulitissimi e profumati, letto comodo con due tipi di cuscino, stanza luminosa e dotata di televisione, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Io ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato, luogo super consigliato per coppie

Nulla da migliorare per quanto riguarda la stanza e la location in generale, ci siamo trovati un po in difficoltà a capire quale era la porta giusta e come si apriva il cancello della galleria (chiuso dopo le 20), ma tutto risolto grazie ai passanti. Oltre a questo piccolissimo difetto, staff super disponibile e cortese sia sul posto che tramite WhatsApp

La chambre est confortable, lumineuse. La salle commune avec la grande cuisine est agréable et accueillante. Il a été possible de laisser nos bagages pendant plusieurs heures. Le centre historique est facile d'accès.

Boh, qualche giorno ok ma non fedele alla descrizione.

La posizione era centrale, molto comoda

La camera era sporca. I muri con delle macchie, poi c’era una macchia con qualcosa di appiccicato per terra. Due grucce per due persone sono un po’ poche, abbiamo dovuto lasciare i cappotti sulla sedia e toccavano a terra. Apprezzati due cuscini, ma durissimi nonostante fossero in memory foam.

Disponibilità e gentilezza

Estremamente pulita e confortevole, letto comodissimo (molte volte ho difficoltà a dormire, invece qui era tutto comodo). Host super disponibile e gentile, avevamo il treno di ritorno alle 18:00 e per girarci Bologna prima del rientro ci ha permesso di lasciare gli zaini nell’area comune del b&b.

Le stanze erano molto rumorose (durante tutta la notte si sentiva gente che suonava campanelli, porte aprirsi e rumori da altre stanze), la stanza non era ben pulita, il gabinetto aveva la tavoletta sganciata.

chek in da rivedere

Gestione del check in praticamente inesistente. Sono riuscito ad entrare in struttura grazie ai residenti del palazzo che mi hanno gentilmente aperto i primi cancelli antecedenti l'ingresso delle stanze. Mi era stato chiesto di effettuare il chek in in prima mattina perche alle 19.00 nessuno avrebbe potuto accogliermi per cui mi aspettavo di trovare qualcuno. Aspettativa delusa. Per avere una delle chiavi ( perchè sono necessarie due chiavi per accedere al palazzo) abbiamo dovuto fare una specie di caccia al tesoro per poi non avere Comunque la chiave del cancello esterno. Mi dispiace ma su questo aspetto non posso dare una buona valutazione alla struttura. Per il resto la camera ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Grazie

Troppe pecche!

La stanza spaziosa è sufficientemente silenziosa.

Armadio inesistente, sostituito da una struttura in tubi inutile (le camice toccano terra). Nel bagno manca un posto dove appendere i teli doccia. Pulizia giornaliera inesistente. Inutile la presenza di un frigorifero, dato che viene utilizzata una scheda magnetica per attivare la corrente elettrica la stessa e utilizzata per l'apertura della porta. Quindi quando si rientra in stanza l'eventuale acqua nel frigorifero risulta ad una temperatura assai più alta della temperatura ambiente. Il condizionatore ai piedi del letto. Impossibile non avere il flusso d'aria direttamente addosso (basterebbe un deflettore).

Doskonała lokalizacja. 15 min. od dworca kolejowego. Podobna odległość go głównych atrakcji. W pobliżu kilka sklepów. Teoretycznie istnieje możliwość pozostawienia bagażu, jednak ze względu na dość specyficzny kontakt z właścicielem, nie polecam. W obiekcie jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, kawa (mało!), herbata, rogaliki itp. Rewelacyjne patio! Pokoje czyste, przestronne. W łazience kosmetyki.

Komunikacja z obsługą. Na wiadomości przez booking brak reakcji. Telefonicznie - dość ciężka konwersacja w j. angielskim. Wiadomość na Whatsup - bez odzewu. Chciałem uzyskać informację, czy jest możliwość zameldowania po godz. 18. Przez brak odpowiedzi, musiałem skrócić pobyt we Florencji. Proces meldunku w sumie dość sprawny, wszystko odbyło się przez telefon, ale warto o tym wspomnieć. Straciłem kilkanaście minut i trochę stresu, oczekując pod zamkniętymi drzwiami. Jak się okazało, jest była możliwość meldunku, nawet późną nocą, choć właściciel pomylił pokoje, i otwarł już zajęty, dla nowo przybyłych gości. Zdecydowanie za mało kapsułek z kawą w kuchni, jak na tą ilość gości.

Super na wypad do Bolonii

Bardzo ładnie urządzone pokoje w których niczego nie brakowało. Lodóweczka suszarka, woda. Jest wspólną kuchnia, w której można skorzystać z kawy i małego słodkiego poczęstunku. Jest również taras na którym można usiąść i odpocząć. Zarządca zostawił nam klucze i wyjaśnił w jaki sposób je odebrac, ponieważ na miejsce dojechaliśmy około 21:00. Wejście trochę skomplikowane, ale dobrze wytłumaczone. Bardzo nam się podobało i polecamy obiekt

Ściany są cienkie, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, w obiekcie i tak było cicho.

Stanza grande con ogni comfort e molto pulita. Posizione silenziosa e comodissima per girare il centro! Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la prima stanza assegnataci (sicuramente un imprevisto) ma appena comunicato ci è stata immediatamente cambiata.

La nostra stanza aveva la finestra proprio sullo spazio esterno accessibile a tutti gli ospiti, abbiamo quindi tenuto la serranda sempre giù. Non è stato però un grande problema.
