A nice apartment divided into rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom

The apartment was clean, the staff was nice! Also the location is good, quiet.

As you would expect in a private apartment, the breakfast consists of some food that you eat only if you are very hungry. So we went to a cafe although it was included

Good place for a short stay

The apartment is well-located, short walk to the main square and to the station. The room is spacious.

Finding the apartment was a bit complicated, but the host sent all the instructions timely. We did not meet the host. Breakfast was provided as a table full of breakfast food, but mainly sweet things (not really healthy options). The tourist tax had to be paid in cash and they did not have change - this was inconvenient.

Very comfortable stay in a very convenient location

The apartment is a bit old but very well kept. It’s extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. They provide everything one might need. I loved the auto check in, so that when one arrives it’s not necessary to wait for somebody to come and bring the keys. Breakfast is set up every day on the table with all kind of choices and it’s very abundant. They even have fresh produce in the refrigerator for the guests.

It’s an apartment with rooms shared by different guests and it’s a bit noisy as one can hear others move around. But if everybody is careful and respectful it is not a big problem

Friendly Host but Poor Night’s Rest

Clean, cool and large room in location not far from the central area. Breakfast had fresh fruit and the owner helped to accommodate my special dietary needs. Unfortunately, the host was never present on site, and as there was an issue with the key and lock to my room, it caused some stress and discomfort during the stay. I have been told that I will be receiving a partial refund, and hope that this is honored.

Instructions on entering the building and finding the b&b were confusing. A little depressing of an interior to the building, which was disconcerting at first as a solo woman traveler. Host was never physically present on site. Old lock and key on room door failed and took forever to finally lock, but left for a terrible night’s sleep as I was worried I wouldn’t be able to unlock it in the morning/stuck inside in case of an emergency. Especially as the bathroom was across the hall, I was worried about not being able to access facilities when needed. However, the host was quick to reply on WhatsApp and offered a partial refund. I hope the lock will be replaced.

The breakfast was super nice with loads of fresh fruit. It was very clean, and the owners were helpful and polite.

Other guests were a bit too loud when they returned home in the middle of the night. The owner should consider having some house rules in place.

Excellent value. I had the room with the private bathroom and everything was clean and the shower worked well. Location was quite good. It was an easy bus ride from the train station (36 bus - 10min on the bus - stop was 150m from the front door). The historic centre was an easy 15min walk. The breakfast was cold but an incredibly varied selection.

Great apartment with delicious breakfast

The breakfast was fabulous. It was always prepared for us for the following day and there was no time limit. You just woke up at whatever time you wanted and had your breakfast. The room was really clean and the location was great - about 15 minutes from train station and also the main centre. Overall, very little to complain about.

The shower door was broken. You had to be very careful when opening and closing for it to not fall out.

central location, excellent coffee & breakfast, would stay again

Coffee was perfect (Bialetti capsules) and very good breakfast with variety, fresh and good quality products. Location is central, easy to reach main attractions and Piazza Maggiore by walk within 15 minutes. The host Iliara has very good recommendations you should try “Granita” at Cremeria Piazza San Francesco and fresh pasta at Pasta Naldi.

The check in process was a like a treasure hunt :) you have to call her to enter the building (She does remotely) or you need someone inside to open the door for you. I entered by chance; then you have the code to enter the flat and then the keys are in your room but she is helpful and always reachable so I am sure she would find a solution.
