Very cosy setup and excellent host, very responsive.

Very laid back vibe and cosy communal area with a balcony for smokers. Very welcoming host and you can gain access to the property via a link sent to your phone after booking. 10 minute walk in a straight line to city centre which is great.

Only downside is that the beds are quite small if you are a tall man

It was fine but not worth the price

It wasn't clear that we it would be an apartment with shared places and price bathroom/rooms We thought it was an apartment Also we where asked to pay city tax which we did and then we received a message asking to pay the city tax in PayPal because they couldn't find it

Great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and were so pleased that our friends recommended it to us. Our room was lovely - super spacious with a very nice bathroom. Loved having access to a clean kitchen with a dishwasher and access to a fridge etc which was super helpful. Good location, 15 mins walk to Bologna old town and we enjoyed coffee at a few places on San Felice too. Close to supermarkets if you want to do some self catering. We hope to stay here again when we next visit Bologna!

Good place to stay if you want to be outside the city center

It was somewhat central to the city (20mins walk) and rather quiet part of town. Restaurants nearby serve good food and it was rather safe.

The toilet bowl was shaky and there was some mold in the toilet.

super comfortable beds. perfectly clean rooms. the kitchen exceeded expectations and comfortable shared lounge. Around 20 minute walk into the city. it was perfect for our short stay.

Exhausting stay due to lack of/ disturbed sleep.

Efficient and great communication with host. Approachable with luggage storage. Great kitchen with all you need, yummy herbal tea provided.

Noise from the road and from residence above. Constant high TV noise all night (!) and walking from above. Shared kitchen and sitting area with other guests. Change of bus stop due to building works.

great stay! everything comfortable and nice and the host was just the best!

we really recoomend! the room was nice and quit, the bed was very comfortable, the shower great and everything was clean and very welcoming. also there is a kitchen with everything you need. the location is good, a big of walking to the very center of old town but the walking is nice (but it is a walk). the best part was the host! she let us do an early check-in, helped us with everything and many questions and even ordered a taxi for us to the airport. great host and place and we really reccomend!

Very comfortable beds but the walls between rooms were rather thin so any noise was audible. Otherwise very convenient, and we do recommend a great family restaurant across the street!

A perfect accommodation in the lovely city of Bologna!

It is located inside the of old city wall at a beautiful street. A great starting point for all your explorations of the old part of Bologna. I came without a smart phone which is necessary for the self check in. Barbara was super helpful and friendly, guided me as a remote operator through all hurdles and i had a prefect stay at Felice. Highly recommended!

It's too expensive. The facilities were nice but not good enough for the price. It's like a really nice hostel but you pay the cost of a luxurious hotel.

Very comfortable and clean place, the best place for a short stay in Bologne. 10-15 min walk from the old town, many shops and restaurants on the way. Self check-in was very easy.

Great apartment for a short stay in Bologna.

The room was spacious and had good storage and bathroom. The kitchen area was very comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and breakfast food for the morning. The self check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with leaving baggage and getting into the apartment🤩 Location was good with just 10 mins walk to the centre.

The check out 10am is a little too early as once you have checked out there are no toilet facilities so you have to go outside. For us with having a late flight this was a little inconvenient but of course not a problem of the hotel I just wished I’d booked an extra night.

Really nice place to stay. The owner helped us a lot before our arrival. It has a nice and simple breakfast. It takes 10-15 mins to the city center by walk. There are small details showing that they care about your experience.

We were a couple with 2y baby. I booked late and was told that they have only small rooms. However, the room was just enough for us and did not feel small at any time. Also the communication with the owner, the instructions how to access the apartment were great. The breakfast was fine for this type of accommodation and price. The location is great, close to the city center. There is a bus stop in front of the building. The check-in system is great, you can open the doors with your phone. You have breakfast options in the fridge and you can serve yourself, which is very convenient. The apartment is very nice, the beds were comfy and the whole place was very clean.

It was a really nice a and cozy place. The breakfast was ok and the way to manage the entry/exit from the apartment/building was technological. The location was nice it has a lift which was good. The owner was very attentive and clear.

You can hear clearly everytime a person close the the door and the sink did not flush in a efficient way the water.
