L 'apartment is located in a building typical of Bologna, which overlooks both on Via San Felice and small internal courtyards which guarantee peace and tranquility.
Includes entrance hall, two bedrooms, living room or third bedroom, three bathrooms, kitchen and terrace.
The rooms available are
a double: double bed with particular headboard made from old restored blinds, closet, small sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe, WiFi and LCD TV.
a triple: double canopy bed, single bed surrounded by curtains, wardrobe, chair and footrest, private bathrooms, air conditioning, safe, WiFi and LCD TV.
The apartment also features a lovely living room with small terrace and third bathroom (with washing machine), or on-demand can be turned into an additional bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, a dishwasher and a small pantry (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, spices, tea, coffee) is available to guests in case anyone wants to prepare lunch or dinner to enjoy sitting quietly at the table or in the small terrace.
The flowery patio, is internal and is furnished with small tables colorful, comfortable for a relaxing moment.
The entrance is furnished with a restored desk, a useful picture that shows a map of Bologna.
The furniture was of superior, stirring new furniture and recovery:
every room has in fact been enriched by one or more objects restored personally.
