La struttura si trova all'interno di un edificio d'epoca recentemente ristrutturato con gusto e design moderni in perfetto equilibrio con le caratteristiche originarie della costruzione. Bella zona comune accogliente con frigorifero e microonde a disposizione degli ospiti.

I bar convenzionati per la colazione (pezzo dolce e bevanda calda) non proprio vicinissimi alla struttura.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bologne, nous avons pu tout faire a pied. L’ensemble du logement ainsi que notre chambre était très propre. Nous étions au calme, pas un bruit venant de l’extérieur. La literie est très confortable et la chambre spacieuse, avec une jolie attention et des placards suffisamment grands. La facilité pour le check-in et le Check-out (arrivée autonome et possibilité de laisser nos bagages après avoir rendu notre chambre)

Ne pas aimer est un bien grand mot, mais le seul point qui aurait mérite une amélioration est la taille de la douche, qui est petite (surtout pour les personnes grandes). Cela dit, pour quelques jours et au vu de la qualité de tout le reste, on s’en accommode bien !

Creative description of property and facilities. External bathroom for room 3 which you had to walk through the communal dining and lounge area to get to and unlock to use. No robes provided as stated in write up. Unlimited tea provided in communal kitchen area; only 2 coffee pods for duration of stay. Bed & breakfast not provided at property. Despite communal kitchen and dining area you are provided with vouchers for 1x hot drink and 1x pastry per person at 3 locations in the city; both of which are inexpensive to buy. Whilst stylishly presented, we did not witness the large communal space used at all of which most of the facilities listed in the description are in this space; not the rooms. As a result, not value for money as a result of the above.
