Lovely suite - spacious and comfortable
Excellent location
No issues with late arrival access
Very little.
Breakfast was set up for you and you helped yourself. No staff to assist but that was not an issue for me.
No issues with leaving bags for later collection.

Excellent communication for entire booking process and stay. Excellent location near major sites and bus routes. Very clean spacious on-suite room. Lift/elevator
Didn’t see instructions for air conditioner. Pillows too flat.

Was part of a house, not a hotel. Was okay and convenient to downtown but nothing fancy for the price. Seems like there was a big event going on so lodging was scarce. Beautiful city so was great to be able to stay, despite lack of available accommodation
Breakfast was self serve and disappointing. Poor given price.
