The owner was so kind and nice , he was even helpful during the reservation process, describing how to get there before we arrived. When we got there, he was waiting for us at the door. The room was prepared with a small welcome gift, he gave us a tour of the facility, made a special table arrangement for our meals during our stay, and gave us some great tips about the city. The location was very convenient, only 10 minutes from the city center. The room was very comfortable for 2 people and modern inside. Thank you for everything , highly recommended, you can definitely stay here

Excellent location – about 15–20 minutes’ walk from both the city center and the train station. There are also public transport options nearby, and you can pay for tickets directly on the bus by card. For us, the location was perfect because it’s in a quieter and safe area, yet there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. If it’s your first time in Bologna, keep in mind that the city center can be very busy and noisy until late at night, so this place is a great choice if you prefer some peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The apartment has three rooms and a shared kitchen, where you’ll find coffee, tea, and some light snacks for breakfast. There’s also a balcony available for smoking. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips about local restaurants and places to visit. Everything was very clean and modern. Keep in mind that in Bologna there’s a tourist tax – we paid €24 for 3 nights for 2 people.

Since it’s an apartment, the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear noises from the other rooms.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Franco, our host was excellent, caring and gave us lots of advice and knowledge of Bologna.

The location. Although only a 20 minute walk to the centre, the location wasn’t as eye pleasing as I would have liked
