So convenient from everything, walking distance from and to the train station. My friends were staying at the AC hotels next door and paid almost double!

Place is super, if you want to be close to Bologna Fiere, it's 10 minutes walk. Check-in/out process is without problems. Room was clean, bathroom as well. Snacks in the kitchen were nice - juices and some sweet breads.
I did not expect to pay extra 40EUR city tax, i understand that it's not fault of the owner, but mentioning it in listing would be very nice. You have to wait few minutes before you have warm water in the shower and the shower head should be changed, because the hose connector is cracked so you waste 50 % of the water. I did not very like my room to be locked with 4 digit room lock on the doorknob, given the fact that it was not 0-9 digits lock, but 1-4 digits with few combinations.
