Bed and small breakfast, with no external views

Well located in the centre of Bologna with easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. Comfy beds. Clean.

Maybe I didn't investigate the listing properly but this property is a B&b (small breakfast) not a hotel and not a place to yourself. It's a room amongst 3 in a shared flat. From the pictures I was expecting a balcony with outdoor space but in reality it was a room overlooking a wall and drainage pipes, with no other external views even from communal areas(i'm guessing only one room gets views). The included breakfast is a 5 euro voucher for the local cafe, which although doing nice coffee and pastries, the 5 euro voucher is not going to get you much and definitely not a buffet breakfast such as you'd get in the hotel.The access is via communal hallway and stairs which gave haunted convent vibes. After rainfall the water drips on the roof onto something hollow and metal was really disruptive to sleep and continues for hours after the rain had stopped and had me sleeping with headphones on.

We loved staying here in the heart of Florence, so easy to just walk to all the local attractions and eating out. The property felt very homely and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom were perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the breakfast and home made cookies. We were looked after very well. Thank you so much, we will stay here again when we are in Florence.

Lovely apartment in the centre of town

Lovely little apartment. Attached to a living space where you can leave your bags if you arrive early. Free coffee etc available in the kitchen. Nella was so helpful communicating via WhatsApp. Lovely decor. Comfy bed. All you could need. The breakfast across the road is great, Nella gives you a €5 euro token each, but we normally got a bit more. Restaurants in the locality really good and you really are in the heart of town. 5 stars!!

Central but low-key location, helpful host, stylish, nice bathroom & bedding, fast wifi, spotless room. Loved the terrace in my room (pictured)!

Common area was airless and a bit joyless; not as pictured. Not a complaint, but a heads up: there are lots of stairs - if you have a big suitcase you could ask for one of the lower rooms.

Very clean and comfortable. Great central location in the heart of the city. . Shared Kitchen was well equipped with nice touches like drinks in the fridge and biscuits. Very easy to get access. Lovely old building. Let us leave luggage there after checkout. Great stay!

Instructions how to get in were overly complicated; the room was not being attended to (bins) for several days; but most of all - a confusion about tourist tax (to be paid in cash) without receipt, which I had to request several times.

Amazing B&B

The terrace was amazing, we spent every night outside. Very relaxing and quiet (with the exception of the bells). The 5€ vouchers for breakfast were absolutely wonderful as well as a stocked shared kitchen with snacks.

Beautiful B&B in the heart of town

Gorgeous B&B in the heart of town. Super clean, easy to find, easy to check-in, smooth communication. The bathroom is newly renovated, excellent shower pressure, comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

The location was very good , walking distance to most of the attractions etc. The room was comfortable and clean.

There were no nets on the windows so we can open them to clear the air in the room. The air condition had to be on almost constantly because the room was very hot.

Historic city center proximity

A straight shot to both Piazza Maggiore and the University District makes this a perfect stay for someone who wants to experience Bologna. I liked how the room has a bathroom and the kind host is available by WhatsApp. I also appreciated the common area fridge has shelves designated for each guest. The skylight has an electronic shutter, and the room has both A/C and wifi.

Because it's in an old building, access to the B&B is through a dark stairway. I couldn't find the light switch, if there was one. Luckily I did not have to carry much luggage upstairs.

Locatie was echt top, in het centrum en nabij leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden en toch rustig in de kamer. Ruime kamer en het gemeenschappelijke gedeelte is praktisch. Gemakkelijk in en uit het gebouw, vlot contact.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, hat eine wunderbare Terrasse und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt.

Die Wohnung war extrem heiss und wir versuchten die Heizung niedriger zu stellen, was aber nicht möglich war. Wir kontaktierten die Besitzerin, um das Problem zu lösen. Sie bestätigte uns, dass man den Heizkörper nicht autonom bedienen konnte und versprach uns die Temperatur der Heizung der ganzen Wohnung niedriger zu stellen. In der Nacht wachten wir beide schweissgebadet in gefühlten 40 Grad auf. Den Rest der Nacht verbrachten wir mit offenem Fenster. Schade, die Wohnung wäre ohne dieses Problem für uns perfekt gewesen.

Hotel tranquilo con encanto en Bolonia

Hotel completamente renovado. La habitación muy grande y muy cómoda. Baño grande completamente nuevo. Hay una cocina donde hay galletas, café, infusiones las 24 h. La comunicación con la anfitriona genial. El hotel está céntrico, cerca de todo. El desayuno es en un bar de la misma plaza, está apalabrada una cantidad y si consumes más pagas la diferencia.

Me gustó todo. Sólo añadiría en la información por si a alguien le puede influir que no hay ascensor y puede resultar un problema.

Prima locatie in het centrum, ruim appartement met gemeenschappelijke keuken, terras was erg ruim en schoon, snelle communicatie met vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse (whatsapp), parkeren in parkeergarage VIII Agosto (€24 per dag) op 5 minuten lopen.

Struttura potenzialmente migliorabile.

Posizione strategica in centro città ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Struttura moderna e tecnologica, dotata di diversi confort. Avrei dato un voto più alto se non fosse per alcuni difetti. Sicuramente migliorabile.

Non mi è piaciuta la biancheria del letto (a sacco) e non ho trovato comoda la scelta di mettere due piumini singoli anziché uno matrimoniale in letto matrimoniale appunto.Non ho trovato onesto includere la colazione nella tariffa che, anziché essere servita nella struttura, deve essere consumata in un bar vicino la struttura (comprende una bevanda e prodotto di pasticceria). Contatto con la gestione/proprietà ridotta al minimo (via telefono).

Idéalement situé À 5 M’ de tout. Chambre d une propreté irréprochable bien qu un peu sombre. Tout a été pensé avec beaucoup d attention. Chaussons, café machine à laver etc..

Bologna, Du Rote, wir haben Dich lieben gelernt, Du wirst uns wieder sehen.

Lage mitten in der Innenstadt von Bologna. Fußläufig fast alles erreichbar. Frühstück - in italienischer Dimension - gibt es an der Eckbar gegenüber.

Eine Nacht parkten wir gut in einer Parklücke, gegenüber bei der Kirche. 20 m vom Appartment. Natürlich gut für den Gepäcktransport. Da haben wir wohl was übersehen oder überzogen. Am nächsten Tage hagelte es ein Strafmandat über 30,-- Euro. Die von der Pension empfohlene Parkmöglichkeit war uns zu weit weg.

Très belle chambre avec terrasse, confortable et propre. Possible de laisser ses bagages avant et après votre séjour, ce qui est appréciable ! Cuisine commune bien équipée.

Sehr entspannt, Ruheoase mitten in der Altstadt

Super Kommunikation via WhatsApp. Terrasse morgens und abends im Schatten sehr fein! Frühstück in der Bar gegenüber (5€ Gutschein von der Unterkunft) sehr entspannt ... Betten bequem.... Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in Bologna, Mille Grazie!!!
