Wouldn’t stay again, staff lovely but that’s about the only positive sadly.
Clean room, daily room cleaning. Staff were kind and attentive and easily contactable.
Room was cleaned however used towels taken and not replaced with fresh. However when we did ask staff they brought us some. Extremely loud in the apartment, it states sound proof walls but we barely slept from so many noises above us and on our level. Room also made a lot of noises itself. Spa and projector extremely hard to use despite instructions and was not worth the money. The shower drain was not draining enough to keep up with the water pressure so excessive pooling of water. Overpriced for what it is and location.

Perfect location of a Bologna visit, clean and well equipped
The location is great for a Bologna escape. Situated right beside the train station it easy to get in/ and out of town which we did several times as we venture into neighbouring towns and attractions. It's still only a short 10 minute walk into the heart of town, an easy walk for anyone that is reasonably mobile.
I found the check-in process somewhat aggravating. The staff are very good with explaining the entry process but there are no signs anywhere stating that you are in/near/close to the property. The taxi driver tried to help us but even he gave up in the end. When we found the actual address, the phone number that opens the door didn't work, until we realised it was the next door down. When you have big luggage this is somewhat annoying. That said, I am an older traveller and I accept that this may not have been an issue for a younger person, so take it for what it is, just me being grumpy.

Location was great
If you choose parking it is a challenge as you will park a block away. Therefore loading and unloading your stuff is a challenge. Also not an easy process, but they do mention that.

A true escape from the hustle and bustle of Bologna.
The Turkish bath shower combination was fantastic and then being able to get in a Jacuzzi bath tube and watch something on the projection or just play some relaxing music was great. We where both really able to relax and feel cleansed after using the facilities in the room to the maximum given the shortness of our one night stay.
The drainage in the shower can't keep up with the volume of water created.

Unique hotel with spa bath and sauna in the room
Spa bath and sauna was lovely. Room wqs clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would book again.
