Ratings and reviews

* Lovely breakfast included - typical Italian fare + cereal, yoghurt, juice
* Easy communication with the host - got a very clear video on how to get into the property. Despite previous reviews, we had no problem finding it or getting in
* We could leave our bags after check-out for later collection
* Only sheets were provided on the beds. As people who like to sleep under a little weight, a light blanket would have been preferred
* The hairdryer provided ticks the amenties box, but that's about it. It blows lightly for a minute and then overheats and the cutout means it will not turn on again until it has cooled down (approx 6-7 mins later). A frustrating experience
* No rubblish bin provided in the room; only in the bathroom, which is external to the room
