It was a simple and down to earth accommodation.Spacious for 2 adults and a kid.

A short, safe walk to the train station. Bed was fine. Shower had very not water, and good water pressure. Staff were right next door (although hours were only 12-8). Heat worked fine. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Washer/dryer in hallway. Room darkening blinds

Wireless has weak security because of simple password. There are no sharp knives in the kitchen.

The facilities were superb and everything was clean modern and well thought out. The host was very attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Clean, cool and comfortable

The room/studio was so well set up for weary travelers. Space to sit and relax instead of the bed, great bathroom, comfortable bed, and air conditioning.

The entry situation at the street was a small hurdle for us but staff was responsive on the phone. We also had trouble with the inside door lock but the staff came twice in person to help us. They were wonderful!

Lovely spot

The property is very clean spacious and well equipped. The spa bath is lovely and it comes with robes! The location is great short walk to train and city centre. Modern apartment and nice decor. TV is great too. Close to supermarket too.

The wifi is terrible. It drops out every 10 minutes and is slow to load. Only a small amount of coffee pods for a long stay- not enough for one coffee daily. No daily cleaning which is fine but be aware for longer stays.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! From start to finish, we were very , very happy. The staff were excellent, always on hand, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The apartment was as good as a five star hotel suite. The beds were very comfortable and all the linen and towels were of a very good grade. I couldn’t rate this place any higher and the price was unbeatable. If you are looking for a very convenient, central location in Bologna, look no further.

The property was entirely lovely! And just as expected. Location isn’t bad at all, 20m from the centre by walk, 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Easy to find, staff were helpful and was a nice homely place to return to after a day out in Bologna

Very very very minor but the overhead shower began dripping on me during my shower, and the water on it smelled old and nasty.

Extremely clean apartment that is close to the city centre

We stayed in a deluxe double room with shower. The room was very clean and 4 star Bologna were very good with communicating before and during our trip, with their check in instructions being very clear and have photos of the instructions aswell. Despite being on the outskirts of the city centre, it’s still a nice walk (20 mins) into the centre and there are taxis and bus stops nearby the property that can take you into the centre.

The AC unit and fridge in our room were noisy. There was also no lighting in the floor where our room was so when we arrived late in the evening, we had to use the torches on our phone to navigate our way into the room.

Close to the station but has 9 stairs to reach elevator

The shower was clean and large; the window had a wonderful room darkening shade.

The facility is in an unmarked condo building. I had to stop into a corner bar to obtain directions. Upon entering the facility, there are 9 steps up before reaching the small elevator. This is important to know when you have multiple, heavy bags from extended travel. The check-in office is one one floor and the condo itself was on another floor of the facility. They give out a check in code, not an actual key. It is close to the train station but a 25 min walk to the center of town.

Very nice!

Very nice apartment with modern facilities and very clean. We didn't have interaction with the staff because we didn't need to. The location is also perfect, with a short walk to the city center. Clear check in instructions are provided, which made it very easy to check in. We also did not experience any noises, even though it's next to a busy road and a train track. Thank you!

Only a couple of minor things; there was a slight buzzing sound from the air conditioning, there was no tray for the oven. And would be great if more coffee was provided for the machine. Otherwise perfect!

Historic hotel with a beautiful garden, but with some inconveniences

The hotel itself is quite lovely - a historic building with real character and charm. The garden surrounding the property is beautiful and creates a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing walk. The breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary but certainly adequate and satisfying.

I was genuinely surprised to be charged extra for water, as there was no drinking water provided in the room. This feels like a basic amenity that should be included in the room rate. Additionally, the timing between breakfast ending (10:15) and checkout (10:30) is unreasonably tight - just 15 minutes! This created unnecessary stress, made worse by repeated phone calls from staff asking if we had vacated the room yet. It felt rushed and unwelcoming, especially when trying to finish breakfast and pack up simultaneously.

Amazing apartment and the best hosts! Every recommendation!

Amazing location only a few minutes walk from the bus station. Hosts were extremely helpful and nice, and even let us in the apartment few hours earlier than we announced. Everything was clean and well furnished and we were provided with coffee, tea and cold water. The apartment had everything we could wish for, towels, fridge, coffee machine, microwave etc. We were provided with all the important info via WhatsApp. I sincerely recommend it and plan to visit again!

A Smooth and Welcoming Stay for Cosmoprof

The whole experience was seamless. We had direct communication via WhatsApp, and once I was near the hotel, I messaged the receptionist to ask if I could check in. I had pre-booked early check-in, and the room was ready upon arrival, which was a huge relief as I was attending the Cosmoprof exhibition that day. I read that some people found the check-in process a bit tricky, but I didn’t find it difficult at all. You simply call the number provided, the main entrance opens, then you use the access codes you’ve been sent – and voilà, you’re in! It was all pretty straightforward, at least in my experience. The receptionist had also kindly left an envelope in our room with a package prepared specifically for the exhibition. They had arranged a shuttle bus service to and from the venue, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The exhibition package included some lovely in-room treats plus breakfast, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the warm hospitality we received. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful – well done!

Location was perfect, not too far from the city center. You can easily orient yourself. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Also, the stuff was very kind and helpful. Literally no complaints.

Exceptional

This property was fantastic. It was easy to access and the staff had great communication beforehand so we knew how to access the property. We were able to leave our bags before check in time. It was only 20minutes into town which was great. The room had everything and was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of plugs with USB which made it much easier. We only stayed one night, but could of stayed longer in the room!
