Good choice for a stop over in Bologna

Good choice for a night in Bologna, really close to the train station and the city center is within walking distance. Silvano is super clear and friendly. The room is basic but big, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent price. Close to train station but I never heard it. Right on the edge of the old city for an unbeatable price.

Delightful and comfortable room near train station and tourist area.

Older apartment rooms. Large bed.. we are seniors and found the room homey. Comfortable bedding. 2 Shared bathrooms were clean and available. Continental breakfast in room service. Silvano was delightful and very helpful. Big thank you.

Clean, easy and basic stay

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. It was a short walk into the town centre.

The rooms are very basic, and as there was construction going on, the window in the bedroom was boarded up so no natural light.

Great location. Easy to find. Host was very pleasant.

Walls were very thin so was quite noisy at times. Sheets felt a little damp when I arrived, but I’d rather have clean sheets than dirty ones.

Great place, great host

The location is amazing. 5 min easy walk to the train station. Very close to the north gate of the city, and independence street. The bed was super comfortable. Silvano is a great host and welcoming. I changed my mind in the morning and requested coffee in the facility and he was great, he brought us coffee, milk, biscuits and Cornett.

The facility is relatively old, but clean. It is a shared space and it is mentioned in the description. One guest was awake at 5 am speaking loudly to someone else. I guess this depends on the people you share the property with.

We would visit again Silvano!

The room was clean and large, Silvano was very kind and helpful, the location is great, all was really good. We stayed one night, and then repeated after 4 days again, as it wasd really very good choice.

All was good. May be it was even better that there was to TV in the room, we did not miss it. May be it would be nice to have a refgrigerator for some visitors. We were Ok, but may be somebody would want it. For the price it was all great and convenient.

Everything was exactly as described. Very comfortable budget bed and breakfast, the owner was really punctual and comunication worked out even though i do not speak Italian. Clean, comfortable, great for a short stay near the train station

The B&B is right next to Bologna Centrale, which makes it perfect for traintravellers. The rooms are older, but very clean and the host is a very kind & helpfull man. Would highly recommend if you travel with a small budget.

It worth it for a short stay.

The staff was great. Clean room, comfortable bed. The facilities worked as they should. Very close to the train station. The breakfast is very simple, but that’s fine for me, once it was included into the price.

The bathroom was a bit cold. But it wasn’t a real problem for me, since the shower was good and the bedroom was warm.

The owner Silvano was very pleasant and the stay at his B&B was very enjoyable. The walk to the city center is just 15-20 minutes and the walk to the bus station is cca 10 minutes.
