Ein absolut reizender, extrem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der in einem anderen Teil der Wohnung wohnt und daher immer für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar ist. Seine Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren super. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und künstlerisch eingerichtet, das Badezimmer großzügig und reichlich mit Handtüchern und Zubehör ausgestattet. Alles ist absolut sauber und das WiFi funktioniert bestens. Im Haus unten ist eine der besten Bäckereien Bolognas. Die Lage auf der Nordseite des Bahnhofs ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Flughafenzug anreist. Dann sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Unterkunft. Da sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet befindet, ist es zudem ruhig.

Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean with nice decorations. The separate bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Our host Ennio is super friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient with a nice cafe just around the corner. You can walk to the train station within 5 minutes.

The room is located 1min from the train station. The host is very kind. The room is nice. But this is NOT a B&B; it is a guest room within one's house!

Despite the hospitality of the host, this arrangement is one of staying within someone's house. You do not have the intimacy and comfort of staying in a B&B. I believe this is not clear on the add when booking. It was certainly not the worth the high price I paid for this stay!
