A nice place to stay

Dream Suite Bologna is located in a good place, on the edge of the city centre, close to Centrale train station in a quiet street. The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard, the room and the whole space was clean, there is also a kitchen with a fridge and all you need. The staff was very pleasant.

The bathroom is quite small. But it's not such a problem.

Nice stay in Bologna

The location is a 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20-25 minutes to the heart of town, in a safe neighborhood. It’s very convenient if you come and leave by train. The host was very nice, gave us all instructions how to access our room and let us check in a couple of hours earlier. The apartment was new and modern, with a common area with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast was included in a cafe next door and consisted of coffee and two pastries.

Before you reach your room, there are four doors with different codes, pay attention to the instructions!!!

Great little B&B

It was great for a night's stay in Bologna. Very close to the station, with good, modern amenities. Access was easy, and breakfast in the cafe downstairs was good.

People in common entrance and kitchen awaken me ca. 06: 20 and it continued up to 08: 45. Combination of too small washbasin with a long water tap in the bathroom. This basin is not ment for facewash.

Good location, fantastic host

Great host, very accommodating. Close distance to Old Town, 10-15mins on foot. Even closer to Bologna Centrale/Airport shuttle. Good breakfast at the bistro downstairs, includes coffee, small sandwich and something sweet. Comfy bed and pillows.

If I am to be picky, the only thing would be that 70EUR for the spa bath is a bit excessive, but I have to admit it was incredible 😊

Great place to stay in Bologna

It’s a nice, well-equipped flat on good location. Wifi worked perfectly. Typical Italian beakfast was included and provided by the bar atvthe bottom of the house. Great communication with Sabrina, all went perfectly.

Short but memorable.

Location. Close to train station. Availability of places to eat nearby. Breakfast at snack bar downstairs was good. Host Sabrina communication was excellent and she even got out of bed to let us out when locked in the hallway on leaving. Grazzie. Wife loved towels which had a lovely scent. Highly recommended.

Great base to explore Bologna and the surrounding area.

The Dream Suite is a short walk from Bologna Station and a 20-25 minute walk to the centre. Sabrina was a lovely host and the suite was exceptional and clean with a small kitchenette and everything you could need. Breakfast is taken at the cafe downstairs which we thoroughly enjoyed setting us up for the day.

If I had to be picky, the cost of using the spa bath was quite expensive. Having said that we were out and about most of the time so we didn't need it anyway.

appartamento ristrutturato molto bene a pochi passi dalla stazione e ad una ventina di minuti dal centro a piedi accesso da remoto con chiave elettronica possibilità di lasciare tutta la giornata fino alla partenza i bagagli host disponibile ampio bagno e camera con cucina condivisa con altra camera silenzio perfetto nella camera che da sul cortile interno

Bologne TOP!!

J’ai passé un long week-end à Bologne et j’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un établissement vraiment accueillant. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie comme chez moi : la chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. L’emplacement est un autre point fort : il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui a rendu mes déplacements très pratiques, surtout en arrivant en train. Un grand merci à la propriétaire, qui a été extrêmement gentille et disponible. Son accueil chaleureux a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant visiter Bologne en toute tranquillité et avec confort !

Sarà un altro si quando torneremo a Bologna!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte presso Dream Suite.La nostra stanza si trovava in un appartamento dove era situata un'altra camera con la quale condividevamo la cucina.La struttura,in un palazzo elegante e molto silenzioso,è a 4/5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale il che è comodissimo, e a meno di 20 minuti dal centro.Tutto estremamente pulito,curato nei dettagli,funzionale e moderno.La nostra host è stata accogliente e gentile concedendoci anche un check in anticipato.Colazione compresa da consumare nel bar sotto l'appartamento con dolce e salato a disposizione e una barista simpatica e sorridente,il che resta un valore aggiunto.Il prezzo mi è parso in linea(se non più vantaggioso) con il resto delle proposte di alloggi simili a Bologna in un momento storico in cui di certo non si spende più poco.Però assolutamente conforme alla proposta.Decisamente consigliato!

Struttura nuova bella e curata. Camera pulita e accogliente, ben rifinita. Staff molto disponibile, cordiale e preciso. Colazione al bar sotto la struttura, inclusa ed abbondante. inclusi nel prezzo kit cortesia e bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigo. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.. Consigliata

Good in overall, but a little bit overpriced.

The location is great, in walking distance to the train station and city center. It is quiet calm in the room.

The breakfast could be better. I`ve been proposed with two pieces of bakery, where only one was fresh. Also I`ve been served with good coffee. So if you have a chance - don`t order the breakfast, or do not expect it will have at least something vital.

La propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et réactive. Le logement est au calme, très beau, très propre et sécurisé.

Le petit-déjeuner est moyen en qualité, en quantité et en choix. J'aurais préféré manger dans le logement, au calme et non dans un bar (même si le personnel est très accueillant).

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage.

Die Ausstattung ist top modern und sehr sauber. Sabrina hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Der Fußweg zum Piazza Maggiore dauert ca. 15-20 Minuten, ist aber schön zu gehen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!
