Βρίσκεται σε καλό σημείο κοντά στον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Ήταν καθαρό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν εξαιρετική και πολύ βοηθητική. Ο χώρος για πρωινό ήταν το μπαρ που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ καλό περιεχόμενο.
Σχετικά μικροί χώροι. Η κουζίνα ήταν κοινόχρηστη. Οι άλλοι ένοικοι την χρησιμοποίησαν εμείς όχι
