Decent stay.

The shower.

If you don't want customers to use the common kitchen, take it out. Because there's nothing there to cook. Put some oil to the door at the main entrance is crazy noisy. The duvet was missing in the room so we had just very light bed covers..

Staff needs to learn customer service + room was lovely

The room was really spacious, although it was outside the hotel. Shower!! Water pressure was incredible! 10 min walk from the train station.

Staff. Rude. Walked in reception and didn’t even say good morning / evening. There was this one guy - middle age, grey hair, glasses that literally moved his head when myself and my man spoke to him to ask him ab information (literally check in + asked where the rubbish bin was).

I would not recommend to friends.

The breakfast was good. There was a laundry service nearby.

Because of a delayed aircraft we didn`t get to the hotel until about midnight. The problem was that our room was around the corner from the hotel. We had to drag our luggage around not really knowing where we were going. It would of been a lot easier if a member of the staff woild of escorted us to our room.

Zero soundproofing but clean

The room was spacious and very close to the train station

There was zero soundproofing, you could even hear the light switches in the next room. There was a common area and till 3:30 in the morning people were sitting there laughing, screaming and being super loud. When contacted the reception said that they can’t do anything since the hotel is in another building and he couldn’t come over nor call them as he didn’t have their number! They suggested switching rooms the next day but we were on our way to Venice and they said they would pack our things and move them. They threw the toothbrushes without their cover and everything in mumble jumble. We did say wait and we will come back to pack them and then move to the next room but they choose not to reply and move our things.

Wouldnt stay there in the future

The location is not the same at the lobby. We arrived late at night and nobody scorted us to the apartments, just indicated, it was dark and lonely and we had to find it. We got lost not a nice neighborhood

The room was ok, but it was not in the hotel building itself.

The room I had booked was not in the hotel itself, but another apartment building. This was not clear until I arrived to the hotel late at night and was given a map and vague directions to go find another building several streets away. This was not easy to find or clearly signed when I got there. In the room the air conditioning unit was very old and faulty, and it banged loudly all night!

Too hot & no WiFi

The modern look and feel of the room.

The AC was barely working and the room was very hot with no way of cooling it down, making it very hard to relax or sleep well. The wifi did not work, neither of the 2 mentioned networks, and we needed internet for airport check in and other traveling reasons.The staff didn't want to come and help us, as they said they are not technical people and there is no one available to check. We asked other guests and they had the same 2 issues as well (hotness and wifi )

Room was very spacious and clean. Very modern too. Looks exactly like the pictures. Breakfast had a lot of variety and options which was perfect

Took us a while to figure out where our apartment was from the astoria hotel (where we had to check in) however once we managed to figure it out had no problems. The area in which the apartment was situated seamed a bit dodgy to us.

The woman at the reception on the second day of our stay was very friendly and helped us a lot. the room was nice and comfy, we had AC!

On the day when we checked in the staff that was at the reception was unfriendly and uncaring, Bathroom in the room needs repairments, it doesnt have air suction, so all the moist after the showers as well as hot air comes into the room. the shower door is letting the water through, we were 3 people and after each of us took shower, we had to wipe the floor otherwise the whole apartment is flooded. the fridge wasnt working and when we reported the problem to the staff, they said "It was working when we checked it before! It is working! You shouldn't use this fridge, there is one more at the reception!"

We stayed in a triple room - the room was very good, modern and clean. Bathroom was spacious and even the beds.

The only downside is the AC which was barely making the room cold, and it also started making loud noises in the middle of the night that we had to turn it off, making it unbearable in the heat,

Hot, very, very hot....

Nice size rooms, powerful shower.

Air conditioning is not sufficient, so the room was too hot to sleep in. Mattress was uncomfortable and made of synthetic materials that made you sweat even more. Key pad too small to operate.

I like the code system.. the Idea is good since you don't have to carry around clunky keys. But THe touchpad hardware needs upgrades.

We got stained bedsheets and pillow case.. After 3 days they came in to clean, but they never changed the sheets or cases.. Still the same stains.. God knows how long the same sheets have been there! Also the num-pads glitched even if you only used fingernails or sun-glasses to type the numbers.

Good location, terrible staff

The location and the apartment structure were very nice.

The check-in staff were very rude and ironic, check-in different place around 350 meters and trick to find. Here is a comunit kitchen but do note that has any kitchen utensils. Bathroom missing liquid soap. And book a room with an ar conditional and was not possible to use it because was autumn and the staff told me that if I wanna an ar conditional I should book a 5-star hotel.

The worst service

The room is one place and the hotel reception in another. I had to to go several times back And forth due to staff uselessness. The code is very sensitive and hard to enter. Just horrible. If you do wish to still book at Astoria make sure your room is in the building and not another building
