The property was really well located, a short walk from the train station and a half hour walk from the conference centre. The space was really good value for money. I loved the balcony, the fridge in the room and all the storage. In the general area there was also cool water available. The best was one of the most comfortable I've slept in.

There were additional rules at the property that aren't listed in the policies on booking.com. These were written as below: ATTENTION! TOWELS MUST BE USED JUST TO ASSORB WATER AFTER A SHOWER OR AFTER A CORRECT FACE WASHING PROCEDURE. Is not tolerated any make-up or any other kind of spot on them. A NON-CORRECT use, stealing or damage of any article will involve a request for compensation ON BOOKING.COM of the entire purchase cost for each compromised article and the delivery costs of them. BEDS ARE DESTINATED FOR SLEEPING. YOU CANNOT EAT IN BED, ABOVE THE BED SHEETS OR BED-COVERS, EITHER CAN YOU MAKE YOUR MAKE-UP ON THEM, OR SPILL ANY LIQUID, CHEMICAL, SEMINAL, OR ORGANIC COMPOSTION. Any traces of food or any other spots on them, A NON-CORRECT use, stealing or damage of any of these articles will involve a request for compensation ON BOOKING.COM of the entire purchase cost for each compromised article and the delivery costs of them. Noise from the road, shared bathroom

It was extremely clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the decor. I had booked it as it was the least expensive option available and it's very close to the station, and I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was for the price. They also let me check in early as I caught an earlier train

It's on the main road so the cars were quite loud, but with ear plugs it was no problem.

Ok room and bathroom.

The host didn't show up at check-in time, despite agreeing on the time and us calling 30 minutes before as required. I and another guest stood outside waiting for 20 minutes. When we finally got in, no apology, the host just seemed surprised. Also, old towels and no AC, but that part is acceptable for the low price.
