Lovely room in great location to explore Bologna. Communication was excellent and the breakfast provided was substantial and very welcome.

The room was clean, breakfast had a lot of options, mostly processed carbs. Not like the photos showing fruit. The photo of the street looked lovely, the reality was very different, graffiti everywhere. The pub next door had a large clientele of students. We came back at 9 pm to approx 70 drunk young adults on the street outside the doors to the building. There were approximately 6 actually sitting on the door step. They moved to allow us to enter. Once in our
room it wasn’t a problem but it did deter us from going out again. This was a Sunday night.
Location was next to a very busy pub. Young people congregated outside the entrance to the building. Drunk sitting in the doorway. Street was covered in graffiti.
