Great take out breakfast. It was really generous. Great bathrooms and well equipped rooms (Coffee machine etc.) Good location, handy for station, maybe a little far from the centre but there is a good subway under the station which is a safe and well-lit short cut.

It is a large modern building with big corridors and lots of hard surfaces, this combined with a relatively young clientele can lead to some noise, although to be fair it does quieten down and you can get a good night's sleep.

Convenient location in Bologna close to the train station

The location was convenient, close to the train station. It was relatively easy to check in and out. There was a variety of fitness and co-working infrastructure available, though I did not try that out.

The doors in the corridor connecting to the elevator slammed shut with such a loud intensity that they were disturbing when heard from within the room. The hinges should be modified to enable a quiet, slower closing of the door to avoid waking people up in the room. The outdoor pool must be nice in the summer - maybe it could be converted into a rink in the winter?

Super clean and modern place! The vibe is young and energetic, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is perfect — close to everything! We had such a fun time staying here

Right near the station on the “quiet” side of town. Extremely helpful staff. Great work facilities and bar/restaurant. Big room and very comfy bed/linen. Bathroom had places to put stuff and hang things and even had conditioner.

Only thing - shower pressure is a bit rubbish. Wished we’d stayed longer.

Very good hotel for staying while visiting Bologna if a 25' walk to the center doesn't scare you off

Our room was large and clean. Because our room was a bit isolated from the corridor and other rooms, it was very quiet. And no noise from the street. And the breakfast was very good with quite a lot of variation. Hotel is only 250m away from the station (and the transport to the airport).

For a city trip to Bologna it is still a 2.2 km walk to the center of Bologna. And we didn't understand why the fire doors were blocked to remain open all the time.

Perfect location very nice staff :)

Perfect location if you need use train. Not only airport train but also train to and from Modena Ducati Ferrari Pagani etc. Very close to city centre and bars restaurant and historical locations.

The coffee machine was turn off for cleaning 10:00 but breakfast was set up to 10:30 so if you too late you miss the brew.

The special pool towels you can borrow, some small extras at the room (coffee, tea, condom), modern spaces, very nicely smelling shampoo and lotions, gym, free laundry

We got separate beds ☹️☹️☹️ and I was disappointed by floor around the pool - there was a lot of pidgeon’s poops

Awesome hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly – we arrived early just hoping to left our bags, but our room was already available. That really helped us – thanks again :) Nothing is a problem here – you can do your own thing, but if you need anything, just ask. The gym, pool, and the restaurant/bar are so good you don’t even feel like leaving :) Our time in Bologna was amazing, and this hotel was the cherry on top. Totally recommended – we already miss it!

Hi tech high service stay

A very well equipped accommodation, from restaurant, bar, pool and even free laundry service. I got the sense that nothing was too difficult for the staff which is great customer service attitude :) will definitely stay again. Spacious rooms and quick checkin and checkout process

4 day trip to Bolpogna

We loved our large spacious room, comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities. The location is perfect as very close to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the start of old town.

The pool was very busy every day We weee only able to find sun beds once due to the lack of them and there were so many young people like students it wss intimidating, which was a real shame as we booked this hotel due to their outdoor pool.

Great stay

The facilities and the staff friendliness were wonderful. It was super hot during my stay and the pool area was packed, however the outdoors area it great anyway for chilling out a little bit.

The only downside was the area. As the hotel is really close to the train station, we had a couple of unpleasant experiences with people with anti-social behaviour.

I don’t even know where to begin from. Amazing place , amazing people. Very helpful , very clean , pretty close to centro storico by beet (around 25’ min, but easy way to find.

- inner yard should be closed at midnight (There are some party ppl, which made it impossible to sleep with open window) - AC shouldn't directly blow on you, when you lay in bed - Please add the option of getting portafilter coffee in the morning

Good value & location for short stay in Bologna

Good value and location to central train station. Friendly staff. As other reviews mentioned, it's outside the city centre but right next to public bus and trains. Lofted style rooms with good amenities (nespresso machine, mini bar/fridge, gym). Lively as it's a co-working and study space.

Can be loud at night due to the pool area / open area between buildings. Make sure to pack earplugs!

More of a student accommodation than a hotel for those on a city break. Vastly overpriced.

Good Location

I spent three almost unbearable nights in a room that was like a sauna due to an air conditioner that didn't seem to do anything. The noise from people playing loud music, partying outside and shouting in the corridors in the early hours of the morning made sleep impossible. There was a panel of lights above the room door constantly flashing red and green and lighting up the room all night long (Disco lights to match the loud music ?). Bare concrete ceiling, flaking wall paper and scratched paint on the walls. I made the mistake of thinking this was a genuine hotel but it's a student dorm charging four star hotel prices and is vastly overpriced for what it is. (140 Euros per night without breakfast for a single room in April). Why does the room facilities list a coffee machine when there isn't one ? All of these things might appeal to students, but actual adults come to Bologna to see the sights and then hopefully get a restful nights sleep. I do a lot of travelling and this has been one of the worst experiences ever.

I liked the size of the room

The room was very standard. Housekeeping service is not great. Tissue box for 5 days never got replaced, even tho the box with empty tissues were kept wide open on the bed. Coffee and tea doesn’t get replaced unless you keep calling. Shower is terrible, causes a flood of water all over the bathroom.

It was modern, seemed quite cool from the advertisement, friendly staff.

This is basically student accommodation - the hotel is full of students who stay there for term time for university - in the exact same rooms as hotel staff so there is every chance your room will be sandwiched between student rooms which of course may be pretty noisy - this is not clear from the advertisement on booking.com. The rooms are so basic but give off vibes that the building is an old factory or something. A serious lack of sockets in the room. Stayed with my wife and there were no sockets next to our bed on either side so an utter inconvenience. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The air conditioning was shockingly bad - rooms and the whole hotel in general was roasting throughout the stay - no ability to cool the rooms as the air con was so bad - this required the room window to be left open all night which brings me on to the next point about noise. For some bizarre reason there is a bin/refuse collection at 2/3am every night which is horrendously loud and will wake you up.

Disappointing hotel - they charge ridiculous fees, there is no internet and finally they accuse you

It was a terrible experience! I had my birthday and had a disappointing time at this hotel! First, they illegally charged me 18 euros for a city tax upon arrival - I was not warned about such a fee in the reservation! My reservation states that all fees and taxes have been paid! Second, they don't clean the room at all and don't change the towels!!! They did not give any shampoos and soaps for the second and third nights! Third, the internet is terrible! There was no internet during the entire stay! We called reception about the lack of internet. From there they told us that they would not help us because there was no technician! This is the situation - stay without internet they told us! Fourth - it was very noisy every night - you can't sleep! And fifth- for the whole finale of discomfort and horror that we experienced and described, they accused me of using the minibar-missing peanuts and chips, and I want 14.50 euros! How rude of them. Stay away from this poor hotel! Don't visit it! Sorry for my stay!

TSH standard

A TSH standard as everywhere in other cities. If you are familiar with their concept, there are no surprises. Late check out, fast check-in, you can leave your luggage after check-out. We have arrived earlier, but our room was already prepared and they let us in. Very nice touch. Nice bar in the lobby, great coffee and croissants. Great WiFi. Very nice bathroom, fridge in the room, minibar and snacks available for the fee. You can go by foot to the city center, very close to the main train station.

Good concept but falls down on some basics

Mixed feelings about this hotel, I like the concept and the look the hotel is going for, industrial look with social vibe. It could really work but a few basic points let us down during our stay 1. Beds comfortable and good sleep 2. Nice facilities inc pool and gym + lots of work type space we could see lots of people using 3. Decent selection for breakfast, basics covered with fresh fruit and pastries, scrambled egg, selection of hams and cheeses + cereals/pancakes 4. Good location minutes from train station 5. Staff generally friendly and helpful 6. Rooms are basic no frill style as per pictures but had what you need for a basic stay

1. Check in delays and unnecessary hassle - reception just one person when we arrived and seemed to be trying to do everything 2. Booked family rooms next to each other but given rooms on different floors & different ends of building - reception initially dismissive, asked us to go to the rooms and if still a problem come back, it was still a problem so I was up and down after a long journey because reception couldn’t be bothered to sort (a different staff member then resolved and we were put in same floor 6 rooms apart which was fine) 3. Hallways on room floors grubby and water stained (water dripped on my head on second floor corridor 4. High ceilings in rooms but in one room at least lots of dust strings etc hanging over bed 5. Not enough coffee machines at breakfast so lots of queuing 6. Cleaners ignored do not disturb sign 7. On check out day while I was at breakfast cleaner went into one room (not sure why if check out day) but when I came back my chargers were gone and toiletry bottle from bathroom - found the cleaner and chargers were pulled out from underneath old linen in the trolley, presume toiletry was in the rubbish bin - why? as a minimum poor organisation and logic.
